Description
Claims (6)
- 医療用の小型携帯酸素供給装置であって、高い酸素濃度の製品ガスを生成するために、周囲空気から窒素を吸着する少なくとも2つの吸着層を有する酸素供給装置であって、
前記各吸着層は、周囲空気を吸引すると共に吸着された窒素を排出する入口端と、選択可能な回数で製品ガスを装置の出口へ運ぶための出口端とを有し、
装置はさらに、
前記吸着層がその入口端で直接取り付けられる供給/廃棄マニホルドを有する、一体的で取り外し可能な作動ユニットと、
前記吸着層がその出口端で直接取り付けられる製品マニホルドと、
前記マニホルドの両方に直接取り付けられた前記吸着層間の中ほど及び前記マニホルド間、の中央に配置された細長いボルトであって、前記細長いボルトにより、周囲空気を前記入口端に運ぶために供給/廃棄マニホルドに接して配置された圧縮機と少なくとも係合し、取り外し可能に保持するように前記マニホルドの両方を通って貫通して、前記吸着層、前記マニホルド及び前記圧縮機の全てを単一の一体的作動ユニットとして支持する、細長いボルトと、
前記周囲空気を装置内に吸引するための手段と、
吸着された前記窒素を装置から排出するための手段と、
前記吸着層の入口と前記引き込むための手段および排出するための手段との流体接続を提供するための、供給/廃棄マニホルド内に形成された通路と、
前記吸着層の出口と装置出口との流体接続を提供するための、製品マニホルド内に形成された通路と、
を備えている酸素供給装置。 - 前記吸引手段は、加圧下の周囲空気を前記各吸着層へ供給するための圧縮機を備え、この圧縮機は前記作動ユニットの一部として前記供給/廃棄マニホルドに取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記製品ガス受入手段は、前記作動ユニットの一部として前記製品マニホルドに取り外し可能に取り付けられている混合タンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記製品ガス供給手段は、前記使用者による呼吸によって起動し、前記作動ユニットの一部として前記製品マニホルドに取り外し可能に取り付けられている弁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記吸着層への前記周囲空気の流量を制御するために、前記周囲空気の吸引手段と前記吸着層入口の1つとの間で流体接続されている少なくとも1つの入口弁を更に備え、前記入口弁は前記作動ユニットの一部として前記供給/廃棄マニホルドに取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記吸着層からの前記廃棄ガスの流量を制御するために、前記排出手段と前記吸着層入口の1つとの間で流体接続されている少なくとも1つの廃棄弁を更に備え、前記廃棄弁は前記作動ユニットの一部として前記供給/廃棄マニホルドに取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
