Description
洗浄装置は、被洗浄物が収容されるとともに洗浄水が貯留される洗浄槽と、洗浄水中に微細気泡を発生させることができる微細気泡発生機構とを備えている。
(実施の形態1)
図1を用いて、本発明の実施の形態1の洗浄装置を説明する。図1に示すように、本実施の形態の洗浄装置は、被洗浄物が洗浄水で洗浄される洗浄槽1と、洗浄槽1の底面および側面を囲むように設けられた外槽2とを備えている。
次に、洗浄しながら再利用水を生成するのではなく、再利用水を生成した後に、それを再利用する洗浄装置の微細気泡発生機構8およびオゾン発生機構3の動作を説明する。
最終すすぎ工程が終了した後、制御ユニット500が洗浄槽1と外槽2とを連通する配管2000に設けられた弁3000を開く。それにより、洗浄槽1内の洗浄水4が外槽2へ導かれる。このとき、図示されていない排水用の弁7000は閉じられているため、最終すすぎ工程終了後の洗浄水4が外槽2に貯留される。その後、後述のようにこの洗浄水4が浄化されて、再利用水4が生成される。このとき、微細気泡発生機構8は水面より下側に位置するが、その水面がオゾン発生機構3に至らない程度の高さまで、再利用水4が外槽2に貯留される。
次に、図2を用いて、本発明の実施の形態2の洗浄装置を説明する。
次に、図3を用いて、本発明の実施の形態3の洗浄装置を説明する。
次に、図4を用いて、前述の実施の形態1〜3の洗浄装置に用いられる微細気泡発生機構8の詳細構造を説明する。
次に、図5を用いて、本発明の実施の形態5の洗浄装置を説明する。
Claims (1)
- 被洗浄物が収容されるとともに、洗浄水が貯留される洗浄槽と、
前記洗浄槽とは別に、前記洗浄水を一時的に貯留するための貯留槽と、
前記洗浄槽と前記貯留槽とを連通させる配管と、
オゾンを発生させるオゾン発生機構と、
前記オゾンを吸入して、前記洗浄水内部にオゾンを含む微細気泡を混入させるための微細気泡発生機構とを備え、
前記オゾンを含む微細気泡によって前記貯留槽中の洗浄水を浄化し、この浄化水を洗浄槽に戻して再利用することが可能な洗浄装置であって、
前記オゾン発生機構の停止後5分以上経過した後、前記浄化水を前記洗浄槽に戻すことを特徴とする、洗浄装置。
