Description
Claims (10)
- ヘリウムガス中の気体の不純物を冷却・固化して捕捉し、ヘリウムを精製するヘリウム精製器であって、
ヘリウムガスが通過する流路を形成する流路壁と、
前記流路に配置され、冷熱源に接続され、通過するヘリウムガス中の前記不純物を冷却・固化して捕捉する第1の捕捉体と、
を有し、
前記第1の捕捉体は、発泡金属材料である、
ヘリウム精製器。 - 請求項1に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、
第1の捕捉体は流路に沿って複数設けられ、下流に配置されるものほど孔径が小さい、
ヘリウム精製器。 - 請求項1または2に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、前記流路に配置され、冷熱源に接続され、通過するヘリウムガス中の前記不純物を冷却・固化して捕捉する第2の捕捉体を有し、第2の捕捉体は金属板である、ヘリウム精製器。
- 請求項3に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、第1の捕捉体は、第2の捕捉体より下流に配置される、ヘリウム精製器。
- 請求項1に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、
第1の捕捉体は、流路壁を介して冷熱源に接続され、
さらに、第1の捕捉体の、上流側端面または下流側端面の少なくとも一方には、この端面に接して配置され、流路壁にも接し、当該第1の捕捉体を支持する支持部材を有する、
ヘリウム精製器。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、固化されて捕捉体に捕捉された前記不純物を蒸発させて当該ヘリウム精製器より除去するために、第1の捕捉体を加熱する温熱源を有する、ヘリウム精製器。
- 請求項3に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、
流路壁は、二重に配置された内筒と外筒を有し、ヘリウムガスは、内筒内を通過した後、内筒と外筒の間の環状部分を通過し、
第2の捕捉体は内筒内に配置され、第1の捕捉体は内筒と外筒の間の環状部分に配置される、
ヘリウム精製器。 - 請求項7に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、
外筒の第1の端部には、外筒の端を塞ぐ端面板が着脱可能に取り付けられ、
第2の捕捉体は、この端面板に支持され、端面板を外筒より取り外す際に、これと一体に取り外され、
外筒の第2の端部には、この外筒の第2の端部と同じ側の内筒の端部に設けられたフランジが、着脱可能に取り付けられ、
第1の捕捉体は、内筒の外周面に固定されたフランジ状の支持部材に支持され、内筒を外筒より取り外す際に、内筒と一体に取り外される、
ヘリウム精製器。 - 請求項8に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、
第1の捕捉体は、内筒と外筒に接し、
前記支持部材は、第1の捕捉体の、上流側端面または下流側端面の少なくとも一方に、この端面に接して配置され、外筒にも接している、
ヘリウム精製器。 - 請求項9に記載のヘリウム精製器であって、外筒を加熱する温熱源を有する、ヘリウム精製器。
