Description
The present invention relates to a hard surface cleaning composition having excellent detergency as well as excellent detergency and storage stability of the composition. More specifically, the cleaning of hard surfaces, in addition to excellent cleaning ability of oil stains and storage stability of the composition at low to high temperatures, as well as sterilization power, especially supermarket backyards, kitchens, restaurants, The present invention relates to a hard surface cleaning composition suitably used for cleaning floors of restaurants, food processing plants and the like.
In general, in supermarket backyards, kitchens, restaurants, canteens, food processing factories, etc., not only the kitchen table and cooking equipment, but also the floor scatters oil when it is cooked and spreads it. Is easy to deposit. In this state, not only will there be a risk of sliding or falling, but microorganisms will grow and become unsanitary using the soil as a nutrient source, so it is necessary to wash the floor frequently. As a cleaning agent for this purpose, conventionally, an alkaline agent or a solvent as a main component and a surfactant is blended.
As such a cleaning agent, for example, an aqueous cleaning composition for hard surfaces comprising a water-soluble cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a chelating agent, water and an alkaline solution of an alkaline sodium compound has been proposed ( (See Patent Document 1). However, these detergents cannot obtain sufficient detergency because they have a small amount of nonionic surfactant as a washing component when diluted. In addition, increasing the blending amount of the nonionic active agent has a drawback that not only the detergency is not improved much but also the stability is deteriorated.
Foods containing caustic soda and / or caustic potash, hydroxyaminocarboxylic acid, aminocarboxylic acid or a salt thereof or a chelating agent having a calcium scavenging ability selected from water-soluble polymers, glycol ether solvents, and surfactants in a characteristic ratio An industrial liquid detergent composition has been proposed (see Patent Document 2). However, these detergents require an anionic surfactant such as sodium toluene sulfonate in order to solubilize the surfactant. Therefore, when a cationic surfactant is added, not only sterilizing power is not obtained but also the stability is lowered.
Further, it contains a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type surfactant, a quaternary ammonium salt type surfactant, an inorganic salt builder, a chelating agent, alkanolamines, and the pH of the stock solution is 12-13. A floor cleaning composition has been proposed (see Patent Document 3). However, since these detergents use only polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type surfactants as a cleaning component, not only the cleaning power is not greatly improved even if the amount is increased, but also contains alkanolamines. , There is a drawback that the odor gives an unpleasant feeling to the operator during use.
These cleaning agents have several drawbacks and still leave room for improvement.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is excellent in sterilization, as well as in the cleaning performance of oil stains and the storage stability of the composition at low to high temperatures. ◎: Cleaning rate of 80% or more ○: Cleaning rate of 70% or more and less than 80% △: Cleaning rate of 60% or more and less than 70% ×: Cleaning rate of less than 60%
LogReduction = −Log(生存菌数/接触菌数)
(3) Bactericidal power [test method]
The test was conducted according to the AOAC sanitizer test. Each composition is diluted 100-fold with sterilized distilled water, and 1 ml of a bacterial solution adjusted to the ninth power of 10 is added to 99 ml of the diluted solution and mixed to bring the drug into contact with the bacteria. After 30 seconds, 1 ml of the contact solution is taken out, added to 9 ml drug-inactivated phosphate buffer, 1 ml is added to another 9 ml drug-inactivated buffer, and the same operation is performed to dilute stepwise. Thereafter, the cells are mixed-cultured in a TGEA medium (Merck) supplemented with a drug-inactivated phosphate buffer, and the number of viable bacteria is measured. The Log Reduction of the number of bacteria is calculated from the number of bacteria in contact and the number of living bacteria.
LogReduction = -Log (Number of surviving bacteria / number of contacting bacteria)
[Criteria]
○: Log Reduction is 5 or more ×: Log Reduction is less than 5
(4) Storage stability [Test method]
Each composition was placed in a 250 mL plastic container and stored at room temperature for 1 month. The appearance of each composition after one month was visually observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.
[Criteria]
○: No precipitation or cloudiness was observed in the composition.
X: Precipitation, cloudiness, and separation were observed in the composition.
From the above results, the pH is 12 or more, and (a1) / (a2) / (a3) = 0.08 to 0.6 / 0.2 to 0.63 / 0.07 to 0.75 It can be seen that the products of Examples 1 to 6 show good performance in any of the test items of detergency, sterilization power and storage stability.
On the other hand, it was found that the comparative example 1 product containing no component (a3) is inferior in detergency and storage stability. It can be seen that the cleaning power is inferior. Moreover, it turns out that the comparative example 3 goods which do not contain (a1) component and (B) component is inferior to a detergency and storage stability. And an alkaline commercial detergent is also inferior to a cleaning power and disinfection power.
