(1)消毒液 100 mL に対し菜種搾油粕5g (5 %)を添加して試験液を調製した。
(2)(1)で調製した試験液 5mL に対しサルモネラの菌液(108cfu/ml)5mL 添加 (10分放置)した。
(3)ハートインフュジョンブイヨン培地 (HIB培地) 3mL に(2)で調製した試験液を30 μL 添加して35℃で24hr培養した。
(4)DHL 寒天培地に(3)で培養した培養液を、画線し、35℃で24時間培養した。
(5)培養液に生じたコロニーの有無でサルモネラ陰性(-)、サルモネラ陽性(+)を判定した。
結果をまとめて、表2と3に示す。
