Description
独国特許出願公開第10112126号明細書には、特に、複数の金型のキャビティへの充填容量を自動的に均衡させる方法が開示されており、キヤビティ内の温度経過が測定され、他のキャビティに対し均一化される。
欧州特許出願公開第0704290号明細書には、溶融物が分配器を介して複数の注型点に導かれる方法が開示されている。第一の注型点から所定量の溶融物がキャビティに充填され、溶融物がセンサに達するまで分配される。次いで、第二の注型点が開かれ、溶融物の一部が型内に充填され、溶融物が第二のセンサに識別されるまで分配される。

Claims (6)
- 加圧下において複数のゲート(2〜5)を通して、溶融物を複数のノズルからキャビティ内へ注入して、溶融物から成形部品を製造する射出成形機の金型の1つのキャビティを充填する方法であって、
それぞれのゲート(2〜5)に対応してキャビティ内を流れる溶融物を検出する複数のセンサ(6a、8a)が溶融体の進路中に備えられ、
前記複数のノズルを通しての連続的な充填工程がそれぞれのセンサ(6a、8a)の検出信号に基づいて逐次、制御され、
それぞれのゲート(2〜5)に対応してキャビティ内の溶融物の流速が検出され、その流速を均一化するため前記複数のノズル前方又はノズル内の溶融物の温度を調整することによりその粘性が変更されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記センサ(6a,8a)は、金型壁温度、溶融物温度及び/又は圧力を検出するセンサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ(6a、8a)は、溶融物がキャビティの所定の位置に達したことを認識すると、それぞれのセンサに対応するノズルが制御されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ(6a、8a)は前記ノズルの前方の溶融物の流路に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- キャビティ内の溶融物の流路の終端は1つのセンサ(6a、8a)により確認され、全ノズルが保圧工程へと切替わることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のノズルの開放及び/又は溶融物の粘性は、溶融物の流路に沿って逐次調整されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
