Description
アルカリ性物質の添加(アルカリ活性化)は、ケイ素源、例えば石英、ケイ酸、ガラス、スラグ等の溶解に役立ち、それによってCa:Siの比は再活性化され、すなわち約2:1の所望された値に近づいてくる。ゆっくりと反応する出発材料はアルカリ活性化によってその反応が促進され、その結果、溶液中で短時間においてCa:Siの反応比が調整される。
Claims (15)
- ビーライトバインダーの製造法において、以下の工程:
a)酸化カルシウムCaOおよび二酸化ケイ素SiO2を2.5:1から1.5:1の間のCa:Siのモル比で含有する出発材料を、α−ケイ酸二カルシウム水和物α−C2SHで種晶添加する工程、
b)そのように種晶添加された出発材料を100から300℃の間の温度で水熱処理し、それによってこれが主として中間生成物α−ケイ酸二カルシウム水和物α−C2SHに変質する工程、
c)中間生成物を500から1000℃の間の温度で乾燥させかつ引き続き冷却し、それによってビーライトバインダーが分離する工程
を包含するビーライトバインダーの製造法。 - 出発材料に水を工程a)の前、工程a)の間または工程a)の後に、しかしながら遅くても工程b)の前または工程b)の間に添加し、その結果これから懸濁液または溶液が生じる、請求項1記載の方法。
- セメント石を含有する出発材料を使用する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- コンクリート、古いコンクリート、モルタルまたはこれから製造された砕砂を出発材料として使用する、請求項3記載の方法。
- せいぜい4mmの粒を有する出発材料を使用する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 出発材料を酸化カルシウムまたは水酸化カルシウムと混合する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 石英、砂、砂利、ガラス、スラグまたはフライアッシュを出発材料として使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 出発材料中のケイ素源をアルカリ性物質の添加によって溶解する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 出発材料を2質量%未満の結晶核で種晶添加する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程b)において形成された中間生成物の一部をプロセスから取り出しかつそれによりさらに他の出発材料を種晶添加する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 全方法を圧力容器中で実施する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 出発材料の溶解および中間生成物の分離を切り離された反応室中で行う、請求項2から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 反応室を、液体輸送のみが可能な膜によって切り離す、請求項12記載の方法。
- ポンプ供給される溶媒循環路によって互いに結ばれている2つの異なる容器を反応室として用いる、請求項12記載の方法。
- 出発材料の溶解を無圧の反応室中で行う、請求項14記載の方法。
