Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um ligante hidráulico que compreende cristais de belite (c2s) com micro-morfologia dendrítica, formados no interior de uma fase amorfa de silicato de cálcio com comportamento hidráulico latente. o ligante hidráulico é produzido por um processo que envolve o aquecimento de uma mistura de matérias-primas, com razão molar global específica c/s, até determinada temperatura, seguindo-se arrefecimento em dois passos, de forma a obter a microestrutura dendrítica da belite. a invenção também se refere à produção de um material de construção obtido por mistura do ligante hidráulico acima descrito com água. reduzindo a quantidade de calcário nas matérias-primas, a invenção permite a produção de um ligante hidráulico, com um menor teor de emissões de co2 quando comparado com o cimento comercial existente.
