Description
(1) 即ち、前記糖液が、前記炭水化物系原料を糖化したものである場合、前記糖液調整部は、前記炭水化物系原料を貯蔵する貯蔵タンクと、前記炭水化物系原料を酵素糖化するための第1の酵素糖化槽とを有することを特徴とする糖液製造装置としてもよい。
糖液調整部15Aは、炭水化物系原料21から糖液22を製造するものである。糖液調整部15Aは、粉砕機23と、微粉砕機24と、貯蔵タンク25と、蒸し器26と、第1の酵素糖化槽27とを有する。炭水化物系原料21は、粉砕機23で粉砕された後、微粉砕機24で更に微粉砕される。微粉砕された炭水化物系原料21は、貯蔵タンク25に、貯蔵される。貯蔵タンク25に貯蔵された炭水化物系原料21は、蒸し器26で蒸された後、第1の酵素糖化槽27で糖濃度が調整され、糖化される。本実施例では、貯蔵タンク25と第1の酵素糖化槽27との何れか一方または両方に後述する希薄糖液37が添加され、炭水化物系原料21から糖液22を製造する際の希釈溶液として用いる。後述するように、貯蔵タンク25に希薄糖液37を添加することで、炭水化物系原料21は希薄糖液37により希釈される。これにより、貯蔵タンク25内の炭水化物系原料21は、第1の酵素糖化槽27で酵素糖化し易くすることができると共に、移送し易くすることができる。
セルロース系バイオマス糖化部16は、粉砕機31と、水熱分解装置32Aと、第2の酵素糖化槽(C6)33と、第2の酵素糖化槽(C5)34とを有するものである。セルロース系バイオマス糖化部16は、セルロース系バイオマス原料35を水熱分解して得られたバイオマス水熱処理物を糖化して希薄糖液37を製造するものである。

Claims (11)
- 炭水化物系原料由来の糖液を製造する糖液調整部と、
リグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を含むセルロース系バイオマス原料を水熱分解して得られたバイオマス水熱処理物を糖化して、糖濃度が0.1質量%以上15質量%以下の希薄糖液を製造するセルロース系バイオマス糖化部と、
前記セルロース系バイオマス糖化部で製造された希薄糖液を前記糖液調整部に供給する希薄糖液供給管と、
を有することを特徴とする糖液製造装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記糖液は、前記炭水化物系原料を糖化したもの、または前記炭水化物系原料から抽出若しくは搾取したものであることを特徴とする糖液製造装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記セルロース系バイオマス糖化部は、前記セルロース系バイオマス原料を水熱処理してバイオマス水熱処理物を生成する水熱分解装置と、
前記バイオマス水熱処理物に酵素を添加して前記バイオマス水熱処理物を糖化し、前記希薄糖液を生成する第2の酵素糖化槽と、
を有する糖液製造装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記水熱分解装置が、前記セルロース系バイオマス原料を加圧熱水と接触させつつ水熱分解し、前記加圧熱水中にリグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を移行し、前記セルロース系バイオマス原料中から前記リグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を分離し、
前記バイオマス水熱処理物として、前記リグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を含む水熱抽出画分と、セルロース成分を含む固形残渣画分とを生成する糖液製造装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記第2の酵素糖化槽が、前記水熱分解装置から排出される前記固形残渣画分に酵素を添加し、前記固形残渣画分中のセルロース成分を酵素分解して6炭糖を含む希薄糖液と、前記水熱分解装置から排出される前記水熱抽出画分に酵素を添加し、前記水熱抽出画分中のヘミセルロース成分を酵素分解して5炭糖を含む希薄糖液との何れか一方又は両方を生成する糖液製造装置。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れか1つの糖液製造装置と、
前記糖液を発酵し、有機原料を生成するアルコール発酵槽と、
を有することを特徴とする発酵システム。 - リグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を含むセルロース系バイオマス原料を水熱分解してバイオマス水熱処理物を生成し、得られた前記バイオマス水熱処理物に酵素を添加して前記バイオマス水熱処理物を糖化し、糖濃度が0.1質量%以上15質量%以下の希薄糖液を製造し、
炭水化物系原料から糖液を調整する際に前記希薄糖液を用いて糖液を製造することを特徴とする糖液製造方法。 - 請求項7において、
前記糖液として、前記炭水化物系原料を糖化したもの、または前記炭水化物系原料から抽出若しくは搾取したものを用いることを特徴とする糖液製造方法。 - 請求項7又は8において、
前記セルロース系バイオマス原料を加圧熱水と接触させつつ水熱分解し、前記加圧熱水中にリグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を移行し、前記セルロース系バイオマス原料中からリグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を分離し、リグニン成分及びヘミセルロース成分を含む水熱抽出画分と、バイオマス固形分を含む固形残渣画分とを生成し、
前記バイオマス水熱処理物として、前記水熱抽出画分と前記固形残渣画分とのいずれか一方又は両方を用いる糖液製造方法。 - 請求項9において、
前記希薄糖液として、前記固形残渣画分に酵素を添加し、固形残渣画分中のセルロースを酵素分解して6炭糖を含む希薄糖液と、前記水熱抽出画分に酵素を添加し、前記水熱抽出画分中のヘミセルロース成分を酵素分解して5炭糖を含む希薄糖液との何れか一方又は両方を用いる糖液製造方法。 - 請求項7乃至10の何れか1つの糖液製造方法を用いて得られた糖液を発酵し、有機原料を生成することを特徴とする発酵方法。
