Description
Claims (4)
- CaOを母体とし、これに付活剤を添加、含有せしめてなり、前記付活剤が、Eu及びTmからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の元素であり、前記母体基準で、5〜30原子%の量で添加されてなることを特徴とする電子線励起発光素子用蛍光体。
- Caを含み、焼成の際に分解してカルシウム酸化物となり得る化合物を母体とし、これに、付活剤として、Eu及びTmから選ばれた少なくとも1種の元素又はその酸化物を、その元素に換算して、母体基準で、5〜30原子%の量で混合し、得られた混合物を焼成することにより、式:CaO:A x (式中、Aは前記少なくとも1種の元素を表し、xは5〜30原子%である)で表される蛍光体を得ることを特徴とする電子線励起発光素子用蛍光体の作製方法。
- 前記焼成の際に分解してカルシウム酸化物となり得る化合物が、酸化物、水酸化物、炭酸塩、硝酸塩、ハロゲン化物及びシュウ酸塩から選ばれた化合物であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電子線励起発光素子用蛍光体の作製方法。
- 請求項1記載の蛍光体又は請求項2若しくは3記載の作製方法により作製された蛍光体を含んでなることを特徴とする電子線励起発光素子。
