Description
レンズ周縁を加工するためにエンドミル回転軸に取り付けられたエンドミルと、前記レンズ回転軸に対する前記エンドミル回転軸の傾斜角を変動する傾斜変動手段と、レンズ回転軸に保持されたレンズに対して前記エンドミルを相対的に移動する移動手段と、前記レンズコバ測定手段により測定されたコバ位置に基づいてレンズの周縁に形成するヤゲン軌跡を演算するヤゲン軌跡演算手段と、レンズ周縁にヤゲンを形成するためにレンズ前面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角、レンズ後面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角、ヤゲン高さ及びヤゲン肩の傾斜角を含むヤゲン形状データを記憶する記憶手段と、前記記憶手段に記憶されたヤゲン高さ、ヤゲン肩の傾斜角のヤゲン形状データを変更する操作パネルを有する変更手段と、前記玉型データに基づいて前記移動手段を制御してレンズの周縁を前記エンドミルによって粗加工する粗加工制御手段と、前記粗加工制御手段によって粗加工されたレンズの周縁を、前記記憶手段に記憶されたヤゲン形状データ及び前記ヤゲン軌跡に基づいて前記傾斜変動手段及び移動手段を制御して前記エンドミルによってヤゲン加工するヤゲン加工制御手段であって、前記変更手段によるヤゲン形状データの変更があるときには、前記粗加工制御手段によって粗加工されたレンズの周縁を、変更されたヤゲン形状データに基づいて前記傾斜変動手段及び移動手段を制御して前記エンドミルによってヤゲン加工するヤゲン加工制御手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。
(2) (1)の眼鏡レンズ加工装置において、前記変更手段はさらに前記記憶手段に記憶されたレンズ前面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角及びレンズ後面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角をも変更可能であることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 眼鏡レンズをレンズ回転軸で保持して回転するレンズ回転手段と、玉型形状データを入力する玉型データ入力手段と、入力された玉型形状データに基づいて眼鏡レンズのコバ位置を得るレンズコバ測定手段とを備え、レンズ周縁を玉型形状に基づいて加工するレンズ周縁加工装置において、
レンズ周縁を加工するためにエンドミル回転軸に取り付けられたエンドミルと、前記レンズ回転軸に対する前記エンドミル回転軸の傾斜角を変動する傾斜変動手段と、レンズ回転軸に保持されたレンズに対して前記エンドミルを相対的に移動する移動手段と、前記レンズコバ測定手段により測定されたコバ位置に基づいてレンズの周縁に形成するヤゲン軌跡を演算するヤゲン軌跡演算手段と、レンズ周縁にヤゲンを形成するためにレンズ前面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角、レンズ後面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角、ヤゲン高さ及びヤゲン肩の傾斜角を含むヤゲン形状データを記憶する記憶手段と、前記記憶手段に記憶されたヤゲン高さ、ヤゲン肩の傾斜角のヤゲン形状データを変更する操作パネルを有する変更手段と、前記玉型データに基づいて前記移動手段を制御してレンズの周縁を前記エンドミルによって粗加工する粗加工制御手段と、前記粗加工制御手段によって粗加工されたレンズの周縁を、前記記憶手段に記憶されたヤゲン形状データ及び前記ヤゲン軌跡に基づいて前記傾斜変動手段及び移動手段を制御して前記エンドミルによってヤゲン加工するヤゲン加工制御手段であって、前記変更手段によるヤゲン形状データの変更があるときには、前記粗加工制御手段によって粗加工されたレンズの周縁を、変更されたヤゲン形状データに基づいて前記傾斜変動手段及び移動手段を制御して前記エンドミルによってヤゲン加工するヤゲン加工制御手段と、を備えることを特徴とする眼鏡レンズ加工装置。 - 請求項1の眼鏡レンズ加工装置において、前記変更手段はさらに前記記憶手段に記憶されたレンズ前面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角及びレンズ後面側のヤゲン斜面の傾斜角をも変更可能であることを特徴とする眼鏡レンズ加工装置。
