Description
この発明によると、熱交換器システムは銅または銅を含む合金で作られた少なくとも1つの表面領域を含む。この表面領域は、熱交換器の表面領域の低い割合、たとえば5%未満または2%未満を占めることが好ましい。それは、熱交換器の表面上を流れる水が好ましくは熱交換器の表面の前または熱交換器の表面の始まりで上述の表面領域上を流れるように配置される。
の表面領域全体の長さが或る値を超える場合、2つ以上の帯が存在することが可能である。たとえば、1〜5m毎にたとえば0.5〜5cmの幅を備えた銅の帯が配置されることが可能である。
は、たとえば熱交換器素子の間の隙間空間を満たすモルタルの中に装填される。この実施例のCuの帯の長さは、それが下水管の下半分全体にわたって延在しないように選択される。それは、平均的な廃水の流れの場合に水位に対応する水位線6までのみ延在する。せいぜいこの水位線の上方にある熱交換器の表面の部分的な表面領域では、下水管の皮膜の堆積の傾向が低減される。なぜなら、この部分的な表面領域は乾き続けるからである。図示の実施例では、2つの熱交換器素子の間の空間ごとにCuの帯が設置される。言うまでもなく、Cuの帯は第2、第3等の熱交換器素子ごとの間にのみ設けてもよく、またはCuの帯は熱交換器素子上およびその間の両方に設けてもよく、熱交換器素子上にのみ設けてもよい。Cuの必要な表面領域の決定のために、廃水の水質分析および/またはpH値を使用してもよい。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの熱交換器素子を備え、流れる廃水から熱を抽出するための熱交換器システムであって、
前記廃水に接するように配置され、かつ第1の材料からなる第1の表面領域を備え、
前記第1の材料は、前記第1の表面領域上の皮膜の形成を減じるために十分な銅を含み、かつ前記第1の表面領域よりも前記廃水の流れの方向の下流に前記皮膜の形成を妨げる皮膜形成阻害ゾーンを発生させるために十分な銅を含み、さらに
前記廃水に接するように配置され、かつ第2の材料からなる第2の表面領域を備え、
前記第2の表面領域は前記第1の表面領域に隣り合って位置し、前記皮膜形成阻害ゾーンに位置し、かつ前記第2の材料は銅を含まない、熱交換器システム。 - 前記第1の表面領域の領域全体は前記熱交換器素子の熱交換器の表面領域の5%より小さく、好ましくは前記熱交換器の前記表面領域の2%より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器システム。
- 銅、銅の合金または銅の化合物で作られた前記第1の表面領域は前記流れの方向で前記熱交換器素子の熱交換器の表面の前に配置されるか、または前記熱交換器素子の前記熱交換器の表面の始まりに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器システム。
- 前記熱交換器素子の始まりの表面領域には、銅、銅の合金または銅の化合物で作られたさらに別の表面領域が規則的な距離で続くことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器システム。
- 表面領域は平均的な流量の場合、それらの上に廃水の大部分が流れるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器システム。
- 前記第1の表面領域(5)は、前記流れの方向に横向きに配置される銅、銅の合金または銅の化合物の帯の表面によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器システム。
- 前記帯は前記熱交換器素子に隣接して、または前記熱交換器素子の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱交換器システム。
- 前記帯は前記熱交換器素子上または前記熱交換器素子の溝に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱交換器システム。
- ヒートポンプ、熱交換器の液体の媒体のための循環システムおよび請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器システムを含む、廃水から熱を抽出するための設備。
