Claims (12)
- N相(Nは2以上の自然数)の相を有する同期多相モータの停止検出方法であって、
前記同期多相モータは、前記N個の相の各々で流れる電流の和が一定となるようにマイクロステップ化された正弦波電流波形によるステッピングモードにより制御されることで、一定量のトルクで制御され、
前記同期多相モータのN個の相の各々で流れる電流の和を測定し、前記同期多相モータの同期動作時の前記電流の和と、停止時の前記電流の和と、の差に基づいて、停止検出閾値を計算し、
前記電流の和が前記停止検出閾値を超えたことで、前記同期多相モータの停止と判断することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記同期多相モータのN個の相の各々で流れる前記電流の和の測定が、サンプリングにより行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出方法。
- サンプリングされた電流値が、数学的または統計的な演算により処理され、前記停止検出閾値が、前記処理の結果に対して決定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の検出方法。
- 停止点への到着領域と、前記同期多相モータのマイクロステップモードにおける同期動作領域とを区別する停止検出ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- 2相ステッピング同期多相モータに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- 3相ステッピング同期多相モータに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- 前記同期多相モータを自動車の空調バルブの電動減速ギヤに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- 前記電流の和が前記停止検出閾値を超えたことで、前記同期多相モータからのトルクが増加したと認識し、前記同期多相モータが停止または固定されたと決定するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- rが有限の実数であるとき、減速比1からrのステッピング電動減速ギヤに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- mが1以上の整数であるとき、1ステップ当りm個のマイクロステップを含むマイクロステップモードで制御されるステッピング同期多相モータに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出方法。
- 請求項1に記載の同期多相モータにおいて、前記同期多相モータは「マイクロステップ」モードのステッピングモータおよび電子制御回路を含み、モータのN個の相により消費される全体電流の測定回路からなる停止検出手段を含むことを特徴とする同期多相モータ。
- 前記停止検出手段が、サンプリング抵抗R1と、多相モータのN個の相の和で消費される全体電流を前記抵抗で測定する手段とを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の同期多相モータ。
