Description
密度はASTM D−792に従って測定する。サンプルは、測定実施前24時間に渡って周囲条件にてアニーリングする。

で使用することによって決定する。
1.サンプル調製。射出成形バーは、切片が表面およびコア(外面の約1500ミクロン下)にて射出成形方向に対して平行に切断できるように、バーの中心付近を検査する。サンプルブロック表面をカミソリで削り、染色前に低温研磨する。RuO4蒸気を用いて周囲温度にて3時間に亘って低温研磨ブロックを予備染色する。染色溶液は、ルテニウム(III)クロライドヒドレート(RuCl3xH2O)0.2グラムをスクリュー蓋付きガラス瓶中へ秤量して、5.25パーセントのナトリウムヒポクロライト水溶液10ミリメートル(ml)を瓶に添加することによって調製する。両面テープ付きのガラススライドを使用して、サンプルをガラス瓶の中に入れる。ブロックを染色溶液の約1インチ(25.4mm)上に吊るすために、スライドを瓶に入れる。
「PP−1」は、65g/10分のMFRおよび約2,185,000のゴムMzを有する7.3パーセントのEPゴムを含むプロピレンブロックコポリマーである;
「PP−2」は、Dow Chemical CompanyからC705−44NAHPポリプロピレンとして入手でき、44g/10分のMFRを有するプロピレンブロックコポリマーである。それは約637,700のゴムMzを有する16.5パーセントのEPゴムを含む;

「B225」は、3,5−ビス(1,1−ジメチルエチル)−4−ヒドロキシ−2,2−ビス[3−[3,5−ビス(1,1−ジメチルエチル)−4−ヒドロキシフェニル]オキソ−プロポキシ]メチル−1,3−プロパンジイルエステルおよびCiba Geigyより商標名IRGANOX(商標)B225として入手できるトリス(2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト抗酸化剤の1:1混合物である;

「デルタグロス」は、Tobins Associates Model MTIモトル試験機を使用して射出成形引張りバーで決定される。サンプルをロータにテープで留めて、検出器をサンプル上で左右に移動させて、連続データを収集する。データを信号強度の各山および谷で記録する。モトルデータをグロス測定プローブと共に供給された標準を使用してグロスデータに変換する。次に、隣接するグロス値を引いて、各サンプルの最大値を選択することによってデルタグロスが得られる;
「抵抗率」は、Cabot表面抵抗率試験方法(CMT)EO42に従い、IEC 167規格に基づいて、ITW Ransberg 76634−00伝導率計を使用して表面抵抗率を測定する。電極の形態を考慮して、以下の式を用いて表面抵抗率(SR)を計算する;

Rは、電荷流に対する物質の抵抗率(オーム);
Lは、電極の長さ(cm)である;
gは、電極間の距離(cm)である。
Claims (12)
- 電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物であって:
(a)プロピレンブロックコポリマーであって
(i)プロピレンポリマー部を含む第1のブロックと
(ii)1,000,000またはそれを超えるMzを有するプロピレンコポリマーを含むゴム部を含む第2のブロックと
を含むプロピレンブロックコポリマーを30〜90重量部と;
(b)実質的に直鎖のエチレンポリマー、直鎖エチレンポリマー又はその組合せであって、10〜25重量%のコモノマー含量であるポリオレフィンエラストマーを5〜70重量部と;
(c)カーボンブラック、炭素繊維、グラファイト又はその組合せである導電性炭素を0.1〜30重量部と;
(d)HDPE、LLDPE、UHDPE、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(前記ポリオレフィンエラストマー成分(b)とは異なる第2のポリオレフィンエラストマー)又はその組合せであるオレフィン性ポリマーを0〜15重量部と;
(e)ウォラストナイト、粘土、カチオン交換層状シリケート材料の単層、グラファイト、カルシウムカーボネート、長石、霞石、シリカ、ガラス、ヒュームドシリカ、アルミナ、マグネシウムオキシド、亜鉛オキシド、バリウムサルフェート、アルミニウムシリケート、カルシウムシリケート、チタンジオキシド、チタナート、ガラスマイクロスフィア及びチョークから成る群より選択されるフィラーを0〜30重量部と;
を含み、重量部が前記電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物の総重量に基づいている、電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。 - 前記プロピレンブロックコポリマーがエチレンおよびプロピレンゴムを含む、請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- 前記(b)のポリオレフィンエラストマーが実質的に直鎖のエチレンポリマー、直鎖エチレンポリマー、またはその組合せであり、該実質的に直鎖のエチレンポリマーおよび/または直鎖エチレンポリマーが:
(i)0.93g/cm3またはそれ未満の密度と;
(ii)3.0またはそれ未満の分子量分布M w /M n と;
(iii)30パーセントまたはそれを超える組成分布分岐インデックス(CDBI)と;
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。 - 前記導電性炭素が1012オームまたはそれ未満の表面抵抗率(Cabot表面抵抗率試験方法(CMT)E042に従い、IEC 167規格に基づいて測定)を提供するのに十分な量で存在する、請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- 熱安定剤、光安定剤、酸化安定剤、着色剤、抗酸化剤、静電防止剤、流動促進剤、離型剤、成核剤、清澄剤およびスリップ剤から成る群より選択される1つまたはそれ以上添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- 前記離型剤がカルシウムステアレート、マグネシウムステアレート、またはその組合せである、請求項5に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- 前記スリップ剤がエルカミド、オレアミド、リノレアミド、ステラミドまたはその組合せである、請求項5に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- (d)前記オレフィン性ポリマーが1重量部〜15重量部の量で存在し、重量部が前記電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物の総重量に基づいている、請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- (e)前記フィラーが0.1重量部〜30重量部の量で存在し、重量部が前記電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物の総重量に基づいている、請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物を押出または成形して加工品を製造する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の電気散逸性プロピレンポリマー組成物から得られる加工品。
- バンパー、計器盤、ホイールカバー、ドア、インパネ、トリム、外装材、ロッカーパネル、およびグリルから成る群より選択される自動車部品である、請求項11に記載の加工品。
