Description
これに対し請求項1の特徴を有する本発明のマーキング装置は、このマーキング装置を使用した場合に、さもないと必要である目印が完全に必要になるという利点を有している。目印を付けるための付加的な補助手段、例えば角度計と定規はもはや不必要である。本発明によるマーキング装置を用いることでさもないと不要な目印は完全に、レーザによって放射された矢印光線もしくはマーキング光線によって置換えられる。したがって工作物の上に大きな距離に亘っても明確な線を結像でき、該線に沿って利用者が鋸断することで直線的な切断が達成される。又、目印を付けることが困難な凹凸も当該マーキング装置の助けで問題なく、綺麗に加工することができる。
図1には参考例として第1のマーキング装置100が示されている。マーキング装置100は平行ストッパ101と分度器又は角度計102とレーザ103とから成っている。

Claims (6)
- レーザ(314)と固定エレメント(312)と長さ測定装置(310)とを有するマーキング装置(300)において、
円弧の形の湾曲部(306)を備え、
前記湾曲部(306)は外面に角度計(340)を有し、前記湾曲部(306)は前記レーザ(314)を案内し、前記レーザ(314)は円弧部として構成される移動路(338)に沿って位置調節可能に配置され、前記レーザ(314)の配向は前記角度計(340)により調節可能であり、前記長さ測定装置(310)は、測定バンドとして構成され、該測定バンドの縁により形成される測定軸線(346)に沿った長手方向位置の測定のために設けられており、前記移動路(338)に形成される円弧の中心点(350)が前記測定軸線(346)の上に位置していることを特徴とする、マーキング装置。 - 前記レーザ(314)が前記湾曲部(306)に解離可能に配置されている、請求項1記載のマーキング装置。
- 前記固定エレメント(312)がねじ締め具を有している、請求項1又は2記載のマーキング装置。
- 前記湾曲部(306)の少なくとも1つの位置決めを行う固定ユニット(316)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のマーキング装置。
- 前記固定ユニット(316)が、前記湾曲部(306)の少なくとも2つの位置決めのために配属された、複数の固定エレメント(318,320,322,324,326,327;334,336)を有している、請求項4記載のマーキング装置。
- 前記固定ユニット(316)が1つの平面(360,361)に対し対称的に配置された複数の固定エレメント(318,320,324,326,327,332,334,336)を有している、請求項4又は5記載のマーキング装置。
