Description
−実施例1−
ステンレス(SUS)材質の円筒を半径120mm、高さ600mmの円筒形状に加工し、表面にペーストが充鎮されるX形溝が、その幅と深さが夫々20マイクロメートルで、300マイクロメートルの間隔で形成されるように製作した。

Claims (12)
- 製造しようとするシリコンロールと同じ規格とパターンを有する円筒を製造する段階と、
前記円筒の周りに枠型の材料を入れ硬化させることで枠型の形状を製造する段階と、
前記円筒から枠型を除去する段階と、
前記枠型内にロールの中心軸を配置した後、液状シリコンを注入及び硬化させてシリコンロールの形状にする段階と、
前記枠型をシリコンロールから除去する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。 - 前記枠型の材料は、液状シリコン、ガム(gum)タイプのシリコン、液状ウレタン、ガムタイプのウレタン、天然ゴム、SBR(styrene butadiene rubber)、BR(butadiene rubber)、CR(chloroprene rubber)、NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber)、およびEPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer(Mグループ))から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記枠型の材料には、主剤対比硬化剤が0.1〜10重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記枠型の材料は、無溶剤型であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記枠型の形状を製造する段階は、前記円筒の周りに一定間隔でモールドを設置してから前記モールドと前記円筒の間に枠型の材料を入れ硬化させることで枠型の形状を製造することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記円筒から枠型を除去する段階では、前記円筒と枠型の間の隙間に空気を注入し前記円筒と枠型の間の接触面積を減少させた後、前記円筒から枠型を分離することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記シリコンロールの形状に製造する段階では、予め枠型がはめ込まれる円形枠と前記円形枠の真ん中に中心軸がはめ込まれる孔を形成させたフレームに、枠型と中心軸をはめてから液状シリコンを注入及び硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記液状シリコンは、無溶剤型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記液状シリコンには、硬化剤がシリコン重量対比3〜30重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記液状シリコンの硬化温度は、常温であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記円筒から枠型を除去する段階以後に、前記枠型の内面を表面改質処理する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
- 前記表面改質は、プラズマ、UV−オゾン処理及びコロナ放電処理のうちから選ばれた1種以上の方法で行うことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の繋ぎ目のないパターン化されたシリコンロールの製造方法。
