Description
Claims (9)
- 燃焼室における燃焼プロセスをモニタする光学センサであって、少なくとも前記燃焼室と面しているレンズ系(1,2)と、導波管(5)と、前記レンズ系と前記導波管の一端とを囲繞しているシース(4)とから構成される光学センサにおいて、前記レンズ系(1,2)が平凹レンズ(1)と両面凹レンズ(2)のみからなり、前記平凹レンズ(1)の平坦面が前記燃焼室に対して露出されており、
前記平凹レンズ(1)がその表面領域において金属メッキで囲まれていて、且つはんだ付け材料によって前記シース(4)に固定されていることを特徴とする光学センサ。 - 前記レンズ系(1,2)の角度有効範囲が少なくとも130度までであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記レンズ(1,2)がサファイアあるいは石英ガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記レンズ系(1,2)の最大直径が8ミリメートルより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 光線を透過させるべき前記レンズ系(1,2)の長さが最大で該レンズ系(1,2)の直径と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記シース(4)の外径が最大で10ミリメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記センサは点火プラグあるいはヒータプラグに組み込まれていることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記レンズ(1,2)の外側半径と前記シース(4)の内側半径との間の緩さ(3)が10ミクロン以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 少なくとも前記燃焼室と面するレンズ(1)が空隙(3)の領域においてはんだ付け材料によって前記シース(4)に対して固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセンサ。
