Claims (17)
- 流体の流れを流体源から少なくとも2つの出口アダプタ(132、136)のうちの1つへ選択的に制御する切換弁(10)であって、
少なくとも1つの流路(54、64、66、68)を画成し、流体を流体源から装置へと切り換えるための出口と、装置からの流体を受ける入口とを有するハウジング(12)と;
ハウジングに取り付けられかつ回転に抗して固定される第1のセラミック板(14)であって、ハウジングの流路と合致する少なくとも1つの流路(88、90)を有した第1のセラミック板と;
ハウジング内に回転可能に取り付けられる第2のセラミック板(16)であって、ハウジングの流路と流体連通するように選択的に配置可能な少なくとも1つの流路(104、106、108、110、112)を有した第2のセラミック板と;及び
第2のセラミック板(16)に固定的に取り付けられている付属品ケース(20)であって、少なくとも1つの第2のセラミック板の流路と合致する少なくとも1つの流路(116、118、122)を有する付属品ケースと;
を備え、付属品ケースの少なくとも1つの流路は出口アダプタ(132、136)を装着するように構成され、切換弁は第2のセラミック板の回転に応じて第1、第2、第3の切換位置をとり、流体は、第1の切換位置では装置を通過した後、出口アダプタ(136)から流出し、第2の切換位置では装置を迂回し、付属品ケース内の流路(118)を介して出口アダプタ(132)から流出し、第3の切換位置では装置を迂回し、付属品ケース内の流路(116)を通り、出口アダプタ(132)から流出することを特徴とする切換弁。 - 請求項1に記載の切換弁において、付属品ケース(20)は第2のセラミック板(16)に接着されることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項2に記載の切換弁において、付属品ケース(20)は第2のセラミック板(16)に接着剤により接着されることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項3に記載の切換弁において、接着剤はエポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項1に記載の切換弁において、付属品ケース(20)は2つの出口アダプタ(132、136)を装着することを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項1に記載の切換弁において、ハウジングと付属品ケース内の流路の一部は、セラミック板を半径方向で横切る水圧を実質的に均衡させるよう半径方向に配置され、それにより第1のセラミック板と第2のセラミック板とが互いに離間するのを最小にすることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項6に記載の切換弁において、ハウジング(12)の流路(68)は第1のセラミック板(14)に対して開かれかつこれと平行し、これにより流路の圧力が第1のセラミック板に作用してこれを第2のセラミック板に圧迫できることを特徴とする切換弁。
- さらにスラスト軸受(28、30、161、178)と保持器(24)とを具備する請求項1に記載の切換弁において、保持器は第2のセラミック板(16)を第1のセラミック板(14')に対して確実に保持し、スラスト軸受は保持器と第2のセラミック板との間に配置されて第2のセラミック板に小さな摩擦で当り、第2のセラミック板を低いトルクで回転させることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項8に記載の切換弁において、スラスト軸受は波形ばね(28)と座金(30)とを含むことを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項8に記載の切換弁において、スラスト軸受は低摩擦の座金(161)を含むことを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項10に記載の切換弁において、低摩擦座金はPTFEを含むことを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項8に記載の切換弁において、スラスト軸受はころ軸受(178)であることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項1に記載の切換弁において、第1のセラミック板(14)はハウジング(12)に接着されることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項1に記載の切換弁において、さらに、第1のセラミック板とハウジングとの間に少なくとも1つのリングシール(162、164、168)を含むことを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項14に記載の切換弁において、第1のセラミック板とハウジングとの間に3つのリングシールを含むことを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項14に記載の切換弁において、リングシールは溝(168、170、172)の中に嵌められることを特徴とする切換弁。
- 請求項16に記載の切換弁において、溝は鳩尾形溝であることを特徴とする切換弁。
