本实用新型公开了一种双出水龙头,包括水龙头主体,其特征在于:所述水龙头主体上部设有一双层出水管,所述水龙头下部连接有冷水进水管、热水进水管、与净水器进水口相连的冷水出水管及与净水器出水口相连的净水进水管,所述水龙头主体上设有一可实现两种不同状态出水要求的旋转切换式双出水阀芯,所述水龙头主体上还设有一用以驱动旋转切换式双出水阀芯的旋钮组件,所述旋钮组件上设有一径向移动的按钮,位于旋钮组件内腔部分的按钮上连接有一轴向布设的销钉,所述销钉顶接在一固设于旋转切换式双出水阀芯上的限位圈上。本实用新型结构简单,造型新颖,操作便捷,功能集成化程度高,能有效满足用户使用需求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双出水龙头,应用于厨房。
背景技术
为节约生活空间,把生活中的厨房龙头及净水龙头集成到一款双功能龙头上;为实现所占空间及产品耗材最小化,要求该双功能龙头只用一个把手控制即可实现此多功能。
CN201420508988-单把手控制双出水管滤水龙头,所述方案需带外置滤芯,挤占台面空间;两个并列出水管挤占台面空间。
CN201420397526-一种两用净水龙头, CN201420345614-一种净水龙头,方案需带外置滤芯,挤占台面空间;两个并列控制把手,操作更为复杂。
CN201220550119-一种具有过滤功能的双出水口水龙头,所述方案含三个控制开关,操作复杂。
因此,针对上述问题及技术局限是本实用新型的研究对象。

为了解决现有的技术不足,本实用新型提供一种双出水龙头。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:
一种双出水龙头,包括水龙头主体,其特征在于:所述水龙头主体上部设有一双层出水管,所述水龙头下部连接有冷水进水管、热水进水管、与净水器进水口相连的冷水出水管及与净水器出水口相连的净水进水管,所述水龙头主体上设有一可实现两种不同状态出水要求的旋转切换式双出水阀芯,所述水龙头主体上还设有一用以驱动旋转切换式双出水阀芯的旋钮组件,所述旋钮组件上设有一径向移动的按钮,位于旋钮组件内腔部分的按钮上连接有一轴向布设的销钉,所述销钉顶接在一固设于旋转切换式双出水阀芯上的限位圈上。
其中,所述限位圈上设有一可用以安设销钉的凹槽;所述按钮经一复位弹簧与旋钮组件活动连接;所述旋转切换式双出水阀芯与限位圈之间还设有一阀芯压紧螺母。
所述旋转切换式双出水阀芯结构包括一外壳和连接于外壳底部上的底座,所述底座上开设有冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔,所述外壳内依次设有旋转杆、旋转滑套、旋转动瓷片、静瓷片,所述静瓷片上开设有对应冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔的各孔道,所述旋转动瓷片朝向静瓷片的端面上开设有一连通槽,所述旋转动瓷片经旋转滑套由旋转杆驱动旋转。
所述旋转动瓷片的周部设有卡槽,所述旋转杆的外周设有卡接在卡槽内的凸部。
所述旋转杆与旋转滑套之间还设有档位销和弹簧。
所述底座的上下端面上分别设有一密封垫,所述密封垫上开设有对应冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔的各孔道。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型结构简单,造型新颖,操作便捷,功能集成化程度高,占地空间小,能有效满足用户使用需求。

参考图1至图9,本实用新型涉及一种双出水龙头,包括水龙头主体1,所述水龙头主体上部设有一双层出水管2,所述水龙头下部连接有冷水进水管3、热水进水管4、与净水器进水口相连的冷水出水管5及与净水器出水口相连的净水进水管6,所述水龙头主体上设有一可实现两种不同状态出水要求的旋转切换式双出水阀芯7,所述水龙头主体上还设有一用以驱动旋转切换式双出水阀芯的旋钮组件8,所述旋钮组件上设有一径向移动的按钮9,位于旋钮组件内腔部分的按钮上连接有一轴向布设的销钉10,所述销钉顶接在一固设于旋转切换式双出水阀芯上的限位圈11上。
上述限位圈上设有一可用以安设销钉的凹槽12;所述按钮经一复位弹簧13与旋钮组件活动连接;所述旋转切换式双出水阀芯与限位圈之间还设有一阀芯压紧螺母14。
上述旋转切换式双出水阀芯结构包括一外壳7-1和连接于外壳底部上的底座7-2,所述底座上开设有冷水进孔7-3、热水进孔7-4、净水出孔7-5及混合水出孔7-6,所述外壳内依次设有旋转杆7-7、旋转滑套7-8、旋转动瓷片7-9、静瓷片7-10,所述静瓷片上开设有对应冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔的各孔道,所述旋转动瓷片朝向静瓷片的端面上开设有一连通槽7-11,所述旋转动瓷片经旋转滑套由旋转杆驱动旋转。
上述旋转动瓷片的周部设有卡槽7-12,所述旋转杆的外周设有卡接在卡槽内的凸部7-13。
上述旋转杆与旋转滑套之间还设有档位销7-14和弹簧7-15。
上述底座的上下端面上分别设有一密封垫7-16、7-17,所述密封垫上开设有对应冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔的各孔道。
具体实施过程:
产品各功能集成在一厨房龙头上:
1)产品只有一个出水管, 但分内外两层出水:
外层为洗涤水,内层为饮用水;
2)只有一个控制开关(阀芯):
a.阀芯默认档位为关闭不出水状态;
b.从默认档位逆时针方向旋转从0°-70°时,龙头出水管外层出水分别为冷洗涤水 >混合洗涤水 > 热洗涤水;
c.从默认档位顺时针方向旋转从0°-35°时,阀芯出水为冷水,并通过专用水路连通到净水设备后,由龙头出水管内层流出过滤净水(可为冰水,冷水及开水)。
3)出水管有两种出水方式,外圈为正常洗涤出水, 内圈凸出部为过滤后饮用水。
4)把手可左右旋转:
A.默认状态下把手逆时针方向0-70度范围内,出水口外圈将依次供应 :冷水-混合水-热水;(全冷及混合水处有档位)
B.按下把手上按钮后,把手能沿顺时针方向旋转35度,此时出水口内圈将供应流量逐渐变大的饮用水.
5)四个外接管子分别为两根龙头进水管, 一根输出至饮水龙头快接净水管, 及一根从饮水龙头出的纯净水塑料硬管;
其中,阀芯采用市场标准的Ø35外径,通过把手驱动旋转杆的左右旋转,以分别实现两种不同出水的目的:
1).阀芯默认档位为关闭不出水状态;
2).从默认档位逆时针方向旋转从0°-70°时,阀芯出水分别为:冷洗涤水 >混合洗涤水 > 热洗涤水;
3).从默认档位顺时针方向旋转从0°-35°时,阀芯出水为冷水,并通过专用水路连通到净水设备后流出过滤净水(可为冰水,冷水及开水)。
参考图9中,
1.中间关闭位置:
冷水至旋转动瓷片后出水孔关闭状态。
2. 净水最大位置:
冷水至旋转动瓷片后,净水处于最大状态。
3.全冷最大位置:
冷水至旋转动瓷片后,冷水处于打开状态。
4.半冷半热位置:
冷热混合水至旋转动瓷片后,混合水处于打开状态。
5.全热最大位置:
热水至旋转动瓷片后,热水处于最大状态。

1. 一种双出水龙头,包括水龙头主体,其特征在于:所述水龙头主体上部设有一双层出水管,所述水龙头下部连接有冷水进水管、热水进水管、与净水器进水口相连的冷水出水管及与净水器出水口相连的净水进水管,所述水龙头主体上设有一可实现两种不同状态出水要求的旋转切换式双出水阀芯,所述水龙头主体上还设有一用以驱动旋转切换式双出水阀芯的旋钮组件,所述旋钮组件上设有一径向移动的按钮,位于旋钮组件内腔部分的按钮上连接有一轴向布设的销钉,所述销钉顶接在一固设于旋转切换式双出水阀芯上的限位圈上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双出水龙头,其特征在于:所述限位圈上设有一可用以安设销钉的凹槽;所述按钮经一复位弹簧与旋钮组件活动连接;所述旋转切换式双出水阀芯与限位圈之间还设有一阀芯压紧螺母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双出水龙头,其特征在于:所述旋转切换式双出水阀芯结构包括一外壳和连接于外壳底部上的底座,所述底座上开设有冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔,所述外壳内依次设有旋转杆、旋转滑套、旋转动瓷片、静瓷片,所述静瓷片上开设有对应冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔的各孔道,所述旋转动瓷片朝向静瓷片的端面上开设有一连通槽,所述旋转动瓷片经旋转滑套由旋转杆驱动旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双出水龙头,其特征在于:所述旋转动瓷片的周部设有卡槽,所述旋转杆的外周设有卡接在卡槽内的凸部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种双出水龙头,其特征在于:所述旋转杆与旋转滑套之间还设有档位销和弹簧。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种双出水龙头,其特征在于:所述底座的上下端面上分别设有一密封垫,所述密封垫上开设有对应冷水进孔、热水进孔、净水出孔及混合水出孔的各孔道。
