Description
Claims (15)
- 金属シートがコーターを通過し、前記金属シートの表面の面積の少なくとも40%にシリコーンオイルをコーティングする工程であって、コーティングをする前記表面の領域の平均コーティング量が1.5〜10mg/ft2の範囲であるコーティング工程と、
その後、前記金属シートをコイルにする工程と、
その後、コイルにした前記金属シートを酸素が存在する雰囲気において250℃以上の温度で少なくとも10分間加熱する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする金属シートの表面に非固着性コーティングを付与する方法。 - 前記コーティング量が、2.0〜10mg/ft2の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング量が、2.0から6mg/ft2未満の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱を400℃以下の温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱を270℃〜350℃の範囲の温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱を前記酸素の供給源としての空気の中で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シートが、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金より成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シートが箔であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンが、ジメチルシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンオイルが、実質的に溶媒を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンオイルが、溶媒に溶解していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、イソプロピルアルコール溶媒およびケトン溶媒より成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンオイルが、該シリコーンオイル以外の物体と前記シートとが接触しない方法によりコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンオイルが超音波式スプレー法によりコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シートが2つの対向する表面を有し、コーティングをする前記表面の領域の平均コーティング量が1.5〜10mg/ft2の範囲で、それぞれの表面の少なくとも40%の面積に前記実質的に溶媒を含まないシリコーンオイルをコーティングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
