Description

Claims (11)
- 一次標準ガス混合物を作るための方法であって、
ガス状成分のための超高純度源を用意する段階と、
温度制御された筐体の中に配置した透過装置に導管を介して前記ガス状成分を連通させる段階と、
前記透過装置を通して前記ガス状成分を拡散し、そこから拡散した成分を除去する段階と、
前記拡散した成分を、所定の期間にわたり導管を介して製品ボンベに、或いは任意選択で洗浄することのできる放出システムに供給する段階とを含み、
前記拡散した成分を製品ボンベに供給する際に、製品容器内で標準ガス混合物の既知の成分濃度を得るために、精製したバランス・ガスを高圧源から該製品容器に供給する、方法。 - 一次標準ガス混合物を製造するための装置であって、
温度制御された筐体の中に配置され、温度に応じた一定の拡散速度を有するガス透過装置と、
前記ガス透過装置と連通しているガス状成分の供給源と、
前記供給源と前記透過装置の間に配置されて該ガス状成分の供給源の圧力を制御する調整器と、
前記ガス透過装置を通して拡散されたガス状成分を受ける製品容器と、
精製されたガスの供給源であって、バランス・ガスを供給して一次標準ガス混合物の既知の成分濃度を得るために前記製品容器に連通している供給源とを備える装置。 - 請求項2による装置において、前記温度制御された筐体がオーブンである、装置。
- 請求項2による装置であって、前記成分の供給及び前記精製されたバランス・ガスの供給を監視し、制御するためのプログラム・ロジック・コントローラ又はコンピュータをさらに備える、装置。
- 請求項4による装置において、前記プログラム・ロジック・コントローラ又はコンピュータが、前記製品容器への拡散した成分の流れと該前記製品容器への精製されたガスの流れとの切換えを行うために用いられる、装置。
- 請求項2による装置であって、前記製品容器の下に配置され、製品ボンベに送られる拡散した成分の重量を測るスケールをさらに備える、装置。
- 一次標準ガス混合物を作るための方法であって、
調整した流れの成分を、供給源から調整器を介して、温度制御された筐体の中に配置したガス透過装置へ供給する段階と、
前記温度制御された筐体の温度を、前記ガス透過装置がほぼ一定の拡散速度である所定温度に調節する段階と、
前記拡散した成分を、製品容器内の該成分が所望量に達するまで、前記ガス透過装置から該製品容器へ送る段階と、
精製されたバランス・ガスを前記製品容器に供給して一次標準ガス混合物の所定の成分濃度を得る段階とを含む、方法。 - 請求項7による方法において、前記温度制御された筐体の温度を調節する段階が、該温度制御された筐体内に一定温度を維持することを更に含む、方法。
- 請求項7による方法において、前記成分が酸化窒素であり、前記精製されたバランス・ガスが窒素である、方法。
- 請求項7による方法において、前記成分が、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素、亜酸化酸素、メタン、フッ化水素、塩化水素、塩素、ヘキサフルオロエタン及び六フッ化硫黄、並びにこれらの混合物で構成される群から選択される、方法。
- 請求項7による方法において、前記精製されたバランス・ガスが、ヘリウム、窒素、空気、酸素、二酸化炭素及びアルゴン、並びにこれらの混合物で構成される群から選択される、方法。
