Abstract
Description
要求された一次標準ガス混合物は、窒素(N2)混合物の中で酸化窒素(NO)の重量で100ppbに設定された。この酸化窒素成分/分析物は、100℃で367μg毎分の拡散速度を有する透過装置210に供給された。100ppbのNO分析物を製品ボンベ290の中に供給するために必要な時間は次のように計算された。

Claims (10)
- 一次標準ガス混合物を製造するためのシステムであって、
温度制御された筐体の中におおよそ一定の拡散速度を有するガス透過装置を用意することと、
前記透過装置に成分の供給源を連結することと、
製品容器の中で前記成分が所望の量に達するまで前記ガス透過装置から前記製品容器に前記成分を送ることと、
前記標準ガス混合物の中の既知の成分濃度を得るために前記製品容器に精製されたバランス・ガスを供給することとを含むシステム。 - 前記制御筐体の中の温度が一定に維持される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記成分が酸化窒素であり、前記精製されたバランス・ガスが窒素である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記成分が、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素、亜酸化酸素、メタン、フッ化水素、塩化水素、及び塩素、ヘキサフルオロエタン及び六フッ化硫黄、並びにこれらの混合物で構成される群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記精製されたバランス・ガスが、ヘリウム、窒素、空気、酸素、二酸化炭素及びアルゴンで構成される群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 精製されたガスを含有する前記一次標準混合物の前記既知の成分濃度が、約10億分の10から約10億分の1000の中の範囲の中にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 一次標準ガス混合物を製造するためのシステムであって、
ガス状成分のための超高純度源を用意することと、
温度制御された筐体の中に配置された透過装置に導管を通って前記ガス状成分を連通させることと、
前記透過装置を通って前記ガス状成分を拡散し、そこから拡散した成分を除去することと、
所定の期間、導管を通って製品ボンベに前記拡散した成分を供給することとを含み、
前記所定の期間に達すると、精製されたバランス・ガスが前記標準ガス混合物の既知の成分濃度を得るために高圧源から前記製品容器に供給される、システム。 - 一次標準ガス混合物を製造するための装置であって、
温度制御された筐体の中に配置された一定の拡散速度を有するガス透過装置と、
ガス状成分を供給するために前記ガス透過装置と連通している供給源と、
前記ガス透過装置から前記ガス状成分を受ける製品容器と、
精製されたガスの供給源であって、前記精製されたバランス・ガスを供給し、前記一次標準ガス混合物の既知の成分濃度を得るために前記製品容器に連通している供給源とを備える装置。 - 前記成分の供給及び前記精製されたバランス・ガスを監視し、制御するためのプログラム・ロジック・コントローラ又はコンピュータをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記プログラム・ロジック・コントローラ又はコンピュータが拡散した前記成分から前記精製されたガスへの切換えを行うために用いられる、請求項8に記載の装置。
