部分図Bは、部分図Aのカムシャフトの側面図であり、
部分図Cは、部分図Aのカムシャフトの断面図であり、
部分図Dは、中実部材若しくは棒材から例えば鋳造、鍛造若しくは仕上げ加工によって加工成形されたカムシャフト基体及び組み付けられた第1のカム2から成るカムシャフトの断面図であり、
部分図Eは、例えば鋳造成形された管部材から成るカムシャフト若しくは中実部材若しくは棒材から例えば鍛造加工若しくは切削加工されたカムシャフトの断面図である。
Claims (3)
- 自動車用内燃機関のためのカムシャフトであって、
少なくとも1つのカムは、カムシャフト軸線に対して半径方向で互いに相対的に調節可能な複数のカムセグメント、即ち、第1及び第2のカムセグメント(2,3)を備えており、
両方のカムセグメント(2,3)は、切換可能な有効なカムプロフィール区分を有しており、
第1のカムセグメント(2)は、カムシャフトの回転可能なカムシャフト基体(1)に対して不動な構成部分として形成されており、
第2のカムセグメント(3)は、第1のカムセグメント(2)に対して調節可能に形成されており、
第2のカムセグメント(3)は、馬蹄形を成しかつカムシャフト基体(1)を挟むように取り囲んでいて、カムシャフト軸線に対して半径方向に移動可能に支承されており、
第2のカムセグメント(3)は、カムシャフト軸線から半径方向に離間された互いに異なる少なくとも2つの位置で、即ち第1の走入位置及び第2の走出位置で、切換可能な固定手段(6,5)によって一時的に錠止されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、
第2のカムセグメント(3)は走出位置でU字形脚部の端部を、U字形脚部間の、第2のカムセグメント(3)の走出側と反対側の、カムシャフト基体材料の輪郭の延長の内側に位置させており、U字形脚部の端部はそれぞれ自由端部であることを特徴とするカムシャフト。 - カムセグメント(2,3)間に、該カムセグメント間での案内のためのキー溝案内部(14,15)を設けてある請求項1に記載のカムシャフト。
- 第2のカムセグメント(3)の半径方向の移動距離は、カムシャフト基体材料と第1のカムセグメント(2)の少なくとも1つのストッパーによって規定されている請求項1又は2に記載のカムシャフト。
