"Effect of composition on the scratch resistance of filled TPO's" (SPE; TPO conference; year 2001; pages 225-230)
(i)30〜80質量%のポリプロピレン(PP)、
(ii)910kg/m 3 と935kg/m3の間の密度および8g/10分と80g/10分の間のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)を有する2〜20質量%の長鎖分岐低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、
(iii)840kg/m 3 と890kg/m 3 の間の密度および0.1g/10分と100g/10分の間のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)を有する、エチレンおよびC3〜C20αオレフィンの、1〜20質量%のコポリマー、および
(iv)0.5〜60質量%の充填剤、
を有してなることにより特徴付けられる。
同方向回転二軸押出機内において210℃で表1による成分を配合することによって、組成物を得た。次いで、その組成物をISO 37−2にしたがって、65×65×3.2mmのプレートに射出成形した。そのプレートから、適切な試料を機械で切り出した。
LDPEをHDPEで置き換えたことを除いて、実施例Iを繰り返した。
Claims (10)
- ポリプロピレン組成物の総量に基づいて計算した質量%で表して、
(i)30〜80質量%のポリプロピレン、
(ii)910kg/m 3 と935kg/m3の間の密度および8g/10分と80g/10分の間のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)を有する2〜20質量%の分岐低密度ポリエチレン、
(iii)840kg/m 3 と890kg/m 3 の間の密度および0.1g/10分と100g/10分の間のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)を有する、エチレンおよびC3〜C20αオレフィンの、1〜20質量%のコポリマー、および
(iv)0.5〜60質量%の充填剤、
を有してなるポリプロピレン組成物。 - 前記分岐低密度ポリエチレンの量が5質量%と15質量%の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記分岐低密度ポリエチレンの密度が915kg/m 3 と925kg/m3の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレンとC3〜C20αオレフィンのコポリマーの量が1質量%と18質量%の間であることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレンとC3〜C20αオレフィンのコポリマーが、860kg/m 3 と880kg/m3の間の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレンとC3〜C20αオレフィンのコポリマーのメルトフローインデックスが、0.1g/10分と10g/10分の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の組成物。
- スリップ剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 前記充填剤の量が1〜45質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の組成物から製造された製品。
- 請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の組成物から製造された自動車内装部品。
