Claims (2)
- 電解質とセパレータを積層してなる燃料電池において、
前記セパレータのうち相対的に変形量の大きい部位である四隅の角部のみに、非導電性テープまたは樹脂コートによって薄膜状に形成され、当該セパレータと隣接する他のセパレータとの間での絶縁を保つ絶縁部材が、少なくともその一部が前記セパレータの周縁部よりも外側へと突出した状態で設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池と、該燃料電池に酸化ガスを供給する酸化ガス供給路と、前記燃料電池から排気された酸化ガスのオフガスを導く排気路と、燃料供給源と、該燃料供給源から前記燃料電池に燃料ガスを供給する燃料供給路とを備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
