Claims (14)
- ロータリピストンポンプの焼結金属製のロータであって、ポット形のベース体(1)と、該ベース体(1)の底部中央から突出しているジャーナルエレメントとが設けられていて、該ジャーナルエレメントが、底部から直接延びている円筒形の足領域と、該足領域に接続していて連結エレメントを取り付けるために働く接続爪区分(2)とから成っており、該接続爪区分(2)が、突出した2つのシングルウェブ(3)の形で形成されており、両シングルウェブ(3)が直径方向で間隔をおいて円筒形の足区分の外周領域においてそれぞれ次のような領域に位置しており、すなわち該領域が円筒形の足区分の周方向において最大100°に、かつ半径方向において円筒形の足区分の直径の最大25%に制限されている形式のものにおいて、
ロータが一体的にプレス焼結されて構成されており、シングルウェブ(3)が、当該領域において要求される材料安定性のために、少なくとも6.8〜7.4g/cm3の材料密度を有するように十分に高く圧縮されていることを特徴とする、ロータリピストンポンプの焼結金属製のロータ。 - 2つのシングルウェブ(3)が等しい形状及び寸法を有している、請求項1記載のロータ。
- シングルウェブ(3)によって占められる周囲領域が、最大90°に制限されている、請求項1又は2記載のロータ。
- シングルウェブ(3)によってそれぞれ半径方向において占められる領域が、円筒形の足区分の最大20%に制限されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のロータ。
- 接続爪区分のシングルウェブ(3)が表面硬化されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のロータ。
- 表面硬化が誘導式に生ぜしめられる、請求項5記載のロータ。
- 表面硬化される領域が急激に冷却されている、請求項5又は6記載のロータ。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の、燒結金属としての鋼製のロータであって、シングルウェブ(3)が、ロータベース体の側に直ぐ隣接している少なくとも1つの移行領域を含めて、プレスされる焼結組織に後で浸透される銅を有していることを特徴とするロータ。
- 銅を増加されたシングルウェブ(3)が、少なくとも7.5g/cm3の比密度を有している、請求項8記載のロータ。
- 比密度が、7.8g/cm3を上回っている、請求項9記載のロータ。
- 比密度が、少なくとも7.9〜8.0g/cm3である、請求項10記載のロータ。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のロータの焼結された連結エレメントであって、焼結された連結エレメントが、接続爪区分(2)の形成に合わせられた横断面を有していて、長手方向ウェブ(10)の形をしたロッド状のトルク被駆動領域を備えていることを特徴とする、ロータの焼結された連結エレメント。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のロータを製造する方法であって、焼結されるロータを生ぜしめるために、シングルウェブ(3)の横断面に相応して配属もしくは対応配置された別体のラムに、圧力を個別に供給することを特徴とする、ロータを製造する方法。
- 請求項13記載の方法によって請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載のロータを製造する方法であって、少なくともシングルウェブ(3)内に浸透させられて存在する銅を、焼結熱処理時に、少なくともシングルウェブ(3)の表面に設けられた銅層から、焼結組織内に浸入させることを特徴とする、ロータを製造する方法。
