Claims (2)
- 爆発危険のある領域に使用可能なハウジング(10)内に配置されているコイル(30)とコア(31)とを有する弁磁石において、
コイル(30)とコア(31)とがハウジング部分に装入された鋳型材(20)内に埋設されており、この鋳型材(20)は、爆発危険のある大気が帯電部分と接触するのを妨げ、同時に固定および電気的絶縁の働きをし(鋳型カプセル封じ)、
コイル(30)の接続部材(41)が、内部での爆発時に所定の圧力に耐え、かつ爆発が周囲に伝播するのを妨げるハウジング部分(11)内に配置されており(防炎容器)、
ハウジング部分(11)の端部にキャップ(17)がハウジング部分(11)を閉じるように配設されており、
キャップ(17)は突出部(17a)を有し、突出部(17a)はハウジング部分(11)の端面の開口部(18)と相補的に係合し、突出部(17a)の所定の長さが開口部(18)内へ延伸してオーバーラップし、突出部(17a)と開口部(18)の間に発火破壊を防止するギャップが形成されている、
ことを特徴とする弁磁石。 - 電気的接続部材(41)が鋳型材(20)を超えて突出し、部分的に、耐圧カプセル封じハウジング部分(11)内のチャンバに延伸している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁磁石。
