Claims (11)
- 回路基板と、
前記回路基板の第1の表面に結合され、反射コーディング要素のトラックに入射する対応する光信号を生成するように構成された複数のエミッタと、
前記複数のエミッタ間の領域において、前記回路基板の前記第1の表面に結合された検出器基板を備え、前記反射コーディング要素の前記トラックから反射された前記対応する光信号を検出し、前記検出器基板の少なくとも2つの縁部にほぼ沿って配置された別個の複数のフォトセンサグループに位置付けられた複数のフォトセンサを備え、前記フォトセンサグループはそれぞれ前記複数のエミッタのうちの1つに対応する、検出器と
を備える反射型光学エンコーダ。 - 前記複数のフォトセンサが前記検出器の縁部近傍に位置する、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 前記複数のエミッタと前記複数のフォトセンサとをカプセル封入するためのカプセル材料を更に備える、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 前記カプセル材料が複数のレンズを形成し、前記複数のレンズのそれぞれが前記フォトセンサグループのうちの1つ及び対応するエミッタと位置合わせされる、請求項3に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 前記複数のレンズのそれぞれは、前記対応するエミッタから前記トラックへと前記光信号を方向付けるとともに、前記トラックから反射された前記光信号を対応する前記フォトセンサグループへと方向付けるように構成されている、請求項4に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 前記反射コーディング要素がコードホイールを備える、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 前記反射コーディング要素がコードストリップを備える、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 別個の前記フォトセンサグループのうちの少なくとも1つが単一のフォトセンサを備える、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 前記単一のフォトセンサがモニタフォトセンサを備える、請求項8に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 別個の前記フォトセンサグループのうちの少なくとも1つが1つより多いフォトセンサを備える、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記フォトセンサグループの前記複数のフォトセンサを、前記検出器基板の縁部に対してゼロでない角度を成して位置付けると共に、前記反射コーディング要素の径方向ラインに沿って配置する、請求項1に記載の反射型光学エンコーダ。
