Claims (5)
- 還元炉で、亜鉛含有酸化鉄又は酸化亜鉛又は酸化鉄、及び還元材を加熱処理して亜鉛且つ/又は酸化鉄を固体還元する還元処理装置において、
前記還元炉から排出された排出物を搬送するための乾式搬送手段及び湿式搬送手段を各々具備し、
固体還元時には前記還元炉から排出される固体排出物が前記乾式搬送手段に向かう経路を通り、炉内壁に付着する付着物を溶融除去すべく前記還元炉を固体還元時よりも高温の溶融温度とし前記還元炉から溶融排出物が排出される場合には当該溶融排出物が前記湿式搬送手段に向かう経路を通るように、前記経路を切り替えるための切替手段を備えたことを特徴とする還元処理装置。 - 前記乾式搬送手段は、密閉式搬送手段であり、
前記湿式搬送手段は、水封式搬送手段であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の還元処理装置。 - 前記密閉式搬送手段は、ロータリークーラーであり、
前記水封式搬送手段は、水封コンベアであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の還元処理装置。 - 前記切替手段は、フラップダンパであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の還元処理装置。
- 還元炉で、亜鉛含有酸化鉄又は酸化亜鉛又は酸化鉄、及び還元材を加熱処理して亜鉛且つ/又は酸化鉄を固体還元する還元処理方法において、
固体還元時には、前記還元炉から排出される固体排出物が、乾式搬送手段に向かう経路を通るように切替手段により経路を切り替え、
炉内壁に付着する付着物を除去する際には、前記還元炉を固体還元時よりも高温の溶融温度にして前記付着物を溶融し、前記還元炉から排出される溶融排出物が、湿式搬送手段に向かう経路を通るように前記切替手段により経路を切り替えることを特徴とする還元処理方法。
