Description
その目的のために使われる装置は、
−小さく、および建設が容易であるべきであり、
−徹底的な混合が可能であるべきであり、
−同じく、エアゾールを製造することなしに、または少なくとも最小のエアゾールの製造で、噴霧することができるべきであり、
−操作中に中断なしで製造ができるべきである。
従って、反応性混合物の残余が噴霧ミキサーヘッドのどこにも残存しないように、噴霧ミキサーヘッドを清浄にすることが、各バッチの後に可能であるべきである。
a)反応性成分を最初に筒状混合室の中で混合し、
b)その様にして製造した反応性混合物を次に、受け入れ開口を通って流路へと導き、
c)入口開口領域において、ガス流を追加的に流路中へ導き、
d)流路を離れる反応性混合物を基材の表面上に噴霧し、およびその上で硬化させ、
e)バッチの完了後、混合室の中でバッチ位置から洗浄位置へと軸方向に移動可能なエジェクターを移動させることによって混合室を機械的に洗浄し、
f)エジェクターの端面および流路が共にガス流によって洗浄されてしまうまで、エジェクターを洗浄位置に保持するものである。
a)各反応性成分のための少なくとも1つの貯蔵容器および測定ユニットと、
b)円筒状の混合室および混合室中で軸方向に動くことができるエジェクターを有して成る混合部材と、
c)各測定ユニットから混合室までの連結ラインと、
d)受け入れ開口を経由して液圧によって混合室へ連結している流路であって、流路の長さに対する直径の比D/Lが1:1〜1:50である流路と、
e)受け入れ開口の領域にある流路中に配置されているガス流を供給するための少なくとも1つの入口開口と、
を有して成る。
Claims (15)
- 基材上にポリウレタンの層を有して成る成形品を製造するためのバッチ式塗布方法であって、
a)最初に筒状混合室(10)の中で反応性成分を混合する工程と、
b)次に、得られた反応性混合物を受け入れ開口(12)を通って流路(11)へと導く工程と、
c)付加的にガス流を入口開口領域から流路(11)へ導く工程と、
d)反応性混合物を、流路(11)を通して基材(18)の表面上に噴霧し、および反応性混合物が基材表面上で硬化できるようにする工程と、
e)バッチの噴霧が完了しているときに、混合室(1)の中でバッチ位置から洗浄位置へと軸方向に移動可能なエジェクター(23)を移動させることによって混合室(10)を機械的に洗浄する工程と、
f)エジェクターの端面(25)および流路(11)が共にガス流によって洗浄されてしまうまで、エジェクターを洗浄位置に保持する工程と、
を有して成る、バッチ式塗布方法。 - 流路中へのガス流の流れが、50〜250m/sの速度である、請求項1に記載された方法。
- ガスと反応性混合物との流れの質量比mG/mRが、2:1と1:100との間に調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載された方法。
- 該比mG/mRが制御可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載された方法。
- 流路が、1:1〜1:50の直径の長さに対する比を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載された方法。
- 反応性混合が実質的に単一層で、隣接した噴霧帯と1%〜40%までの重複度を持って噴霧されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載された方法。
- ポリウレタン層を有する成形品を製造するための装置であって、該装置が、
a)反応性成分の貯蔵容器(1,2)および測定ユニット(3,4)と、
b)筒状の混合室(10)および混合室(10)の中で軸に沿って動くことのできるエジェクター(23)を有する混合室(9)と、
c)測定ユニット(3,4)から混合室(10)への接続ライン(7,8)と、
d)受け入れ開口(12)により液圧で混合室(10)へと連結された流路(11)であって、直径の長さに対する比(D/L)が1:1〜1:50である流路(11)と、
e)受け入れ開口(12)の領域にある、ガス流を供給するための少なくとも一つの入り口開口(13)と、
を有して成る装置。 - 流路(11)の中への受け入れ開口(12)が、混合室(10)のすぐ後ろに実質的に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載された装置。
- ガス流を供給するための流路(11)中に2〜20個の入口開口(13)があることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載された装置。
- 流路(11)の断面積に対する混合室(10)の断面積の比が1.05と10との間にあることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載された装置。
- 混合室(10)から流路(11)までの遷移が円錐形を有することを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれか1つに記載された装置。
- 流路(11)がその全長に亙って円錐形であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜11のいずれか1つに記載された装置。
- 更にガスの質量流れを変えるための制御デバイス(15)を有して成ることを特徴とする、請求項7〜12のいずれか1つに記載された装置。
- 更に噴霧パターンを検出するセンサー(19)を有して成ることを特徴とする、請求項7〜13のいずれか1つに記載された装置。
- 更に、検出された噴霧パターンに基づいてガスの質量流れを調整するための制御デバイス(21)を有して成ることを特徴とする、請求項7〜14のいずれか1つに記載された装置。
