Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance workability and paint film-formability, by letting a main agent and a curing agent flow out into a high-speed air stream so that the agents are mixed into a fine-grained state.
CONSTITUTION: A main agent, comprising active hydrogen-contng. resin and a solvent, and polyisocyanate as a curing agent are let independently flow out into a high-speed air stream inside a granulating mixer 12 and mixed into a fine- grained state. The resultant fine-grained mixture is sprayed from a nozzle 22 toward a fluid-collision disperser 18 at a high speed, and formed into a dispersed very fine-grained state by a pressure change and the turbulence and abrupt direction-change of the flow which are generated during the collision of the mixture to the fluid-collision disperser 18. The formed very fine-grained mixture is applied to a workpiece. Consequently, workability and paint film-formability are enhanced.
