Claims (10)
- 半径方向に広がり、及び、半径方向に垂直な軸方向に広がりを有する、吸収性製品の間欠加工のための回転可能なスリッティング工具(1)を含み、
該スリッティング工具(1)は軸方向に2つの側部(3)とこれら側部の間に存在する中央部(4)に分割されている吸収性製品の製造装置(9)であって、
前記中央部(4)は半径方向に円形状の断面を有し、前記中央部(4)に関連して、前記側部(3)は、
軸方向に、前記円形状断面と同じ半径(R)に従う、前記中央部(4)から突き出した間欠突起(5)と、
外被面の曲面方向にあって、複数の刃先(6)を形成し、該刃先(6)の各々が、所定の圧力で、吸収製品向けの材料の層(10)のスリッティングを可能にする幅を有する、前記突起(5)の間の前記中央部(4)と、
前記刃先(6)の間の支持面(8)を形成する突起と、
を備えることを特徴とする吸収性製品の製造装置。 - 前記支持面(8)は、前記支持面(8)が前記材料の層(10)と接触する際にスリッティングが行われないように力を吸収するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(9)。
- 前記装置(9)が、前記材料の層(10)が前記スリッティング工具(1)と前記当接ローラ(12)との間を通過するように、前記スリッティング工具(1)とともに回転するように配置される前記当接ローラ(12)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置(9)。
- 前記当接ローラ(12)は前記スリッティング工具(1)と同じ周速度、又は異なる周速度で回転することを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置(9)。
- 前記装置(9)は、軸方向に互いに隣接して位置される複数のスリッティング工具(1)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置(9)。
- 前記スリッティング工具(1)は本質的に円柱状ディスクから製造され、前記刃先(6)は前記円柱の外被面から前記刃先(6)及び前記支持面(8)が形成されるように除去された材料によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(9)。
- 前記スリッティング工具(1)はモールディングによって製造され、その後に前記刃先(6)及び前記支持面(8)がターニング及び/又はグラインディング及び/又はポリッシングで仕上げられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置(9)。
- 前記スリッティング工具(1)は、ブランクから製造され、該ブランクは、中央ゾーンにおいて、半径方向の外側周辺ゾーンの幅と異なる軸方向の幅を有しており、前記周辺ゾーンが前記刃先(6)と前記支持面(8)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置(9)。
- 前記スリッティング工具(1)が2センチメーターから1メーターの間の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置(9)。
- 前記装置(9)が、工具(14)と、前記当接ローラ上に連続的若しくは非連続的にエンボスされた1又は複数の隆起した部分(15)の形態のパターンとを含む接合装置(13)を含み、該接合装置(13)に関して、前記材料の層(10)の構造が変化するように、前記工具(14)が多くのエネルギーを前記材料の層(10)に前記隆起した部分(15)の方向に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置(9)。
