Claims (5)
- 加熱処理後のキャベツの葉を広げ、葉の上に未加熱の豚挽肉、タマネギ、干しシイタケを含む具材をのせ、具材を葉の上に押し広げて、キャベツ葉と具材の層状物を形成した後、該層状物を俵型形状となるように、左右からキャベツ葉を内側に折り曲げた後、巻き上げて断面渦巻き状ロールキャベツを得、次いで、該断面渦巻き状ロールキャベツを2分割し、2分割したロールキャベツの断面を上にしてトッピング材を埋め込むことを特徴とするキャベツ焼売の製造方法。
- トッピング材を埋め込んだ後、加熱調理することを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャベツ焼売の製造方法。
- トッピング材を埋め込んだ後、加熱調理し、冷凍することを特徴とする請求項2記載のキャベツ焼売の製造方法。
- 加熱調理が、キャベツ焼売の中心温度が80℃以上、1分間以上スチーム加熱であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載のキャベツ焼売の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか記載のキャベツ焼売の製造方法によって得られ、2分割したロールキャベツ部分が1回転以上の二重層を有することを特徴とするキャベツ焼売。
