Claims (7)
- 破砕具により生体組織を破砕するための収容室を備える試料調製容器であって、
前記収容室は、一端に、前記破砕具を受け入れるための開口部を有するとともに、他端に、内底面に凸部が設けられる底部を有し、
前記収容室の底部の凸部は、前記破砕具の先端の凹部と対応して所定の大きさの生体組織を挟持して破砕可能である、試料調製容器。 - 前記収容室の底部の凸部の表面と、前記破砕具の先端の凹部の表面とは、実質的に同じ曲率半径を有する、請求項1に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記収容室の底部の凸部は、前記底部にリブ状に形成されており、前記破砕具の先端の凹部が前記リブ状の凸部に対して回転した場合に、前記破砕具の先端の凹部と前記収容室の底部のリブ状の凸部以外の部分との間に隙間が生じるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の試料調製容器。
- 破砕具により生体組織を破砕するための収容室を含む試料調製容器と、
前記試料調製容器の収容室に収容され、生体組織を破砕するための破砕用溶液とを備えた、試料調製キットであって、
前記収容室は、一端に、前記破砕具を受け入れるための開口部を有するとともに、他端に、内底面に凸部が設けられる底部を有し、
前記収容室の底部の凸部は、前記破砕具の先端の凹部と対応して所定の大きさの生体組織を挟持して破砕可能である、試料調製キット。 - 前記破砕具は、内側破砕具と、前記内側破砕具を内部に収容することが可能な外側破砕具とを含み、
前記内側破砕具は、前記外側破砕具に対して相対的に回転可能である、請求項4に記載の試料調製キット。 - 前記外側破砕具の先端部近傍には、スリットが形成されている、請求項5に記載の試料調製キット。
- 破砕具により生体組織を破砕するための破砕処理用収容室を有する試料調製容器と、前記破砕具とを備えた、試料調製キットであって、
前記破砕処理用収容室は、一端に、前記破砕具を受け入れるための開口部を有するとともに、他端に、内底面に凸部が設けられる底部を有し、
前記破砕処理用収容室の底部の凸部は、前記破砕具の先端の凹部と対応して所定の大きさの生体組織を挟持して破砕可能である、試料調製キット。
