Description
(1)キトサンを酸水溶液に溶解する工程、
(2)工程(1)のキトサン水溶液のpHを中性〜アルカリ性に調整する工程、
(3)工程(2)において生じた沈殿を収集する工程、および、
(4)工程(3)において収集した沈殿を水によりpHが中性になるまで洗浄する工程。
(1)キトサンを酸水溶液に溶解する工程、
(2)工程(1)のキトサン水溶液のpHを中性〜アルカリ性に調整する工程、
(3)工程(2)において生じた沈殿を収集する工程および、
(4)工程(3)において収集した沈殿を水に分散させた液を、pHが中性になるまで水に対して透析する工程。
以下本発明を実施例により詳細に説明する。
Claims (12)
- (1)分子量が、10,000〜75,000であるキトサンを酸水溶液に溶解する工程、
(2)工程(1)のキトサン水溶液のpHを11〜12に調整する工程、
(3)工程(2)において生じた沈殿を収集する工程、および、
(4)工程(3)において収集した沈殿を水によりpHが6.0〜7.5になるまで洗浄する工程、
を含む、実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲルの製造方法。 - (1)分子量が、10,000〜75,000であるキトサンを酸水溶液に溶解する工程、
(2)工程(1)のキトサン水溶液のpHを11〜12に調整する工程、
(3)工程(2)において生じた沈殿を収集する工程、および、
(4’)工程(3)において収集した沈殿を水に分散させた液を、pHが6.0〜7.5になるまで水に対して透析する工程、
を含む、実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲルの製造方法。 - さらに、工程(4)または(4’)の後に、
(5)キトサンヒドロゲルを遠心分離する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲルの製造方法。 - キトサンの脱アセチル化度が75〜98%である、請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲルの製造方法。
- (1)分子量が、10,000〜75,000であるキトサンを酸水溶液に溶解する工程、
(2)工程(1)のキトサン水溶液のpHを11〜12に調整する工程、
(3)工程(2)において生じた沈殿を収集する工程、および、
(4)工程(3)において収集した沈殿を水によりpHが6.0〜7.5になるまで洗浄する工程、
を含む方法により得られる、実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。 - (1)分子量が、10,000〜75,000であるキトサンを酸水溶液に溶解する工程、
(2)工程(1)のキトサン水溶液のpHを11〜12に調整する工程、
(3)工程(2)において生じた沈殿を収集する工程、および、
(4’)工程(3)において収集した沈殿を水に分散させた液を、pHが6.0〜7.5になるまで水に対して透析する工程、
を含む方法により得られる、実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。 - さらに、工程(4)または(4’)の後に、
(5)キトサンヒドロゲルを遠心分離する工程を含む方法により得られる、請求項5または6に記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。 - キトサンの脱アセチル化度が75〜98%である、請求項5〜7いずれかに記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。
- 含水率が50重量%〜96重量%である請求項5〜8いずれかに記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。
- 含水率が94重量%〜96重量%である請求項5〜9いずれかに記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。
- 塩酸水溶液に易溶性であり、塩酸水溶液とした場合、キトサン粉末の酢酸水溶液と比較して、より高い粘度安定性を示す、請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲル。
- 請求項5〜10のいずれかの実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲルを遠心分離またはろ過することにより、実質的に水とキトサンからなるpHが6.0〜7.5のキトサンヒドロゲルの含水率を変化させる方法。
