Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1におけるガス発生器の模式断面図であり、図2は、図1に示すガス発生器に組み込まれた上側押さえ部材の斜視図である。なお、図1に示す上側押さえ部材の断面は、図2に示すI−I線に沿った断面である。以下においては、これらの図を参照して、本実施の形態におえるガス発生器の構造について説明する。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態2におけるガス発生器の模式断面図であり、図5は、図4に示すガス発生器に組み込まれた上側押さえ部材の斜視図である。なお、図4に示す上側押さえ部材の断面は、図5に示すIV−IV線に沿った断面である。以下においては、これらの図を参照して、本実施の形態におえるガス発生器の構造について説明する。なお、上述の実施の形態1におけるガス発生器と同様の部分については図中同一の符号を付し、その説明はここでは繰り返さない。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるガス発生器の模式断面図であり、図8は、図7に示すガス発生器に組み込まれた上側押さえ部材の斜視図である。なお、図7に示す上側押さえ部材の断面は、図8に示すVII−VII線に沿った断面である。以下においては、これらの図を参照して、本実施の形態におえるガス発生器の構造について説明する。なお、上述の実施の形態1におけるガス発生器と同様の部分については図中同一の符号を付し、その説明はここでは繰り返さない。
Claims (3)
- 周壁にガス噴出口を有し、軸方向の両端部が閉塞された筒状のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取付けられた点火手段と、
前記ハウジングの内部に収容され、前記点火手段によって点火されてガスを発生させる粒状の成型体からなるガス発生剤と、
前記ガス噴出口と前記ガス発生剤との間に位置し、中心軸が前記ハウジングの軸方向と同じ方向に向かって実質的に延在する筒状のフィルタ部材と、
前記ハウジングの一方の軸方向端部と前記ガス発生剤との間に位置し、前記フィルタ部材の内周面に当接するとともに前記ガス発生剤を前記ハウジングの前記一方の軸方向端部から遠ざける方向に向けて弾性付勢する金属製の押さえ部材とを備え、
前記押さえ部材は、前記ハウジングの他方の軸方向端部と非接触であり、前記フィルタ部材の内周面に当接する周壁部と、前記ガス発生剤に当接する略平板状の当接部と、前記ハウジングの前記一方の軸方向端部に当接し、前記当接部を前記ガス発生剤に向けて弾性付勢する板バネ部とを含む、ガス発生器。 - 前記押さえ部材は、単一の板状金属部材をプレス加工することによって形成されたものである、請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記押さえ部材は、前記ガス発生剤に対面する部分に凹部を有している、請求項1または2に記載のガス発生器。
