Claims (3)
- ソースにそれぞれ4個の駆動電圧が印加され、ドレインが1個の出力端子に互いに共通接続された4個の出力トランジスタと、
ドット信号及びその反転信号である反転ドット信号に応じて、前記第4個の出力トランジスタの中から、2個の出力トランジスタを選択し、さらにフィールド信号及びその反転信号である反転フィールド信号に応じて、前記ドット信号及び前記反転ドット信号に応じて選択された2個の出力トランジスタの中から、1個の出力トランジスタを選択して前記4個の駆動電圧の中から、1個の駆動電圧を前記出力端子に出力する複数の制御トランジスタから成る出力制御回路とを備え、
前記出力制御回路は、前記4個の出力トランジスタの各ゲートに接続され、前記ドット信号及び前記反転ドット信号に応じて相補的にオンする一対の制御トランジスタを備え、前記一対の制御トランジスタの一方がオンすると対応する出力トランジスタをオフさせ、前記一対の制御トランジスタの他方がオンすると対応する出力トランジスタのゲートに前記フィールド信号又は前記反転フィールド信号を印加するようにしたことを特徴とするSTN−LCDパネル用の駆動回路。 - 前記フィールド信号又は前記反転フィールド信号が遷移する時に、前記出力トランジスタに貫通電流が流れるのを防止するように、前記フィールド信号又は前記反転フィールド信号の立ち上がり又は立ち下がりのタイミングを調整したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のSTN−LCDパネル用の駆動回路。
- 前記ドット信号の遷移期間に前記フィールド信号又は前記反転フィールド信号の論理を前記4個の出力トランジスタをオフさせるように固定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のSTN−LCDパネル用の駆動回路。
