Description
針葉樹未晒クラフトパルプ(NUKP)100質量%を主原料とし、製造したクラフト紙のフリーネスが550ccとなるように、原料パルプをレファイナーで叩解、調成し絶乾パルプ重量当り、合成サイズ剤(商品名:NS74:ハリマ化成製)0.2%、硫酸バンド3.0%、紙力増強剤としてポリアクリルアミド(商品名:DS−95、星光PMC製)1.0%を添加して紙料である調成パルプを作製した。
Claims (3)
- 坪量が95〜130g/m2の単層で構成され、
クルパック装置によりクレープ加工を施すことにより、JIS−P8113に準拠して測定した横方向の引張強度と横方向の破断伸びとの積を30〜65とし、
フリーネスが450〜650ccに調整された原料パルプを用いることを特徴とするクラフト紙袋の化粧紙または補強紙に用いられるクラフト紙。 - JIS−P8113に準拠して測定した横方向の引張強度が3.7〜5.6kN/m、横方向の破断伸びが7.0〜10.0%であり、かつJIS−P8117に準拠して測定した透気度が40〜150秒であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラフト紙袋の化粧紙または補強紙に用いられるクラフト紙。
- JIS−P8113に準拠して測定した(横方向の引張強度/縦方向の引張強度)の比率を30〜50%とすることを特徴とするクラフト紙袋の化粧紙または補強紙に用いられる請求項1又は請求項2に記載のクラフト紙。
