Claims (5)
- 紙匹形成機に対するビーム構造であって、
前記ビーム構造は、その端部構成部品によって前記紙匹形成機上で支持されるよう配置され、
前記ビーム構造は、内部に補強材構造が配置される、薄板材料を有するケーシング構造を有し、前記ケーシング構造と前記補強材構造とは、耐荷重ビーム構造を作るよう互いに対して固定され、
前記補強構造は、前記ケーシング構造の内部に取り付けら、前記ビームの長手方向に対して横断方向に設けられたリブを長手方向に複数配置される複数のリブにより構成され、
前記ビーム構造は両端部に末端部材を備え、
前記ケーシング構造、前記リブ、及び前記末端部材は薄い金属シートにより形成され、
前記薄い金属シートは、前記ケーシング構造及び前記末端部材は0.5mm〜5mmの厚さを有し、前記リブは2mm〜5mmの厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする、
ビーム構造。 - 前記リブ構造は、前記末端部が配置される端部範囲を除いて、前記ビーム構造の実質的に全長にわたって配置される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1記載のビーム構造。 - 前記ビーム構造の長さの1メートル毎に対して0.5−5、望ましくは0.5−2のリブ構造がある、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2記載のビーム構造。 - 前記ビーム構造は、前記ビーム構造の長手方向にわたり炭素繊維の補強材を有し、前記炭素繊維の補強材は、前記ビーム構造の全熱膨張係数が実質的にゼロであるよう、前記ケーシング構造及び/又は前記リブの表面上に配置される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載のビーム構造。 - 前記ビーム構造は、前記紙匹形成機に属する測定ビーム、ドクタービーム又はコーティングビームである、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載のビーム構造。
