Claims (11)
- 主にパルプまたは紙の製粉器で、ドクターブレードを保持するためのブレードホルダー(7)を支えるために用いられるビーム構造、所謂積層構造のドクタービームであって、
上記ビーム構造が、
互いに結合した2個の構成要素(2;3,4)によって形成されているとともに、
少なくとも一本の積層構造のプレテンションロッド(9,10,12)を含んでおり、
上記プレテンションロッド(9,10,12)が上記ビーム構造の内側であり、上記ビーム構造のコーナーの傍に配置されていることを特徴とするビーム構造。 - 上記ビーム構造が、本質的に三角形状の横断面であり、この場合そのフランジ構成要素(5,5’,6,6’)がその3個のコーナーのうちの2個から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビーム構造。
- 上記構成要素(2及び3,4)が互いに上記フランジ構成要素(5,5’,6,6’)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のビーム構造。
- 少なくとも2本、主には3本のプレテンションロッド(9,10,12)があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビーム構造。
- 上記プレテンションロッド(9,10,12)が上記三角形の傍に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のビーム構造。
- 上記フランジ構成要素(6,6’)がドクターブレードホルダー(7)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2、3および5の何れかに記載のビーム構造。
- ビームの内部空間の換気のための孔および/または機械的な空気の流れをビームの中に導くための接続部(11)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のビーム構造。
- 上記プレテンションロッド(9,10,12)の上記積層構造がビームの上記構成要素の上記積層構造と一致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビーム構造。
- ビーム構造の形成方法、所謂積層構造のドクタービームであり、主にパルプ及び紙の製粉器のロールのドクターブレードを保持するためのブレードホルダー(7)を支えるために用いられるドクタービームの形成方法であって、
フランジ構成要素(5,5’,6,6’)を備える2個の積層構造の構成要素(2;3,4)が形成され、
上記構成要素(2;3,4)が本質的に三角形構造を形成するように互いに取り付けられており、
このように形成される上記ビームが少なくとも1本の積層構造のプレテンションロッド(9,10,12)を備えていることを特徴とするビーム構造の形成方法。 - 上記ビーム構造が3本の積層構造のプレテンションロッドを備えており、それらが上記ビーム構造の内側であり、そのコーナーの近くに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 上記構成要素(2;3,4)は、補強繊維が同じ方向に配置されているとともに他の方向では互いに交差している補強材を一つの方向に積層して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
