Description
以下に、本発明の第1の実施形態を説明する。図1に示す本実施形態の液体混合装置1は、概略的には、複数の液体を所定の比率で混合した混合液を生成するための装置である。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態を図7を参照して説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略するものとする。
以下に、本発明の第3の実施形態を図8を参照して説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略するものとする。
以下に、本発明の第4の実施形態を図9を参照して説明する。以下では第2の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第2の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略するものとする。
Claims (6)
- 複数の液体を混合するための液体混合装置であって、
第1槽と、
第1液を前記第1槽に導入する第1導入部と、
第2液を前記第1槽に導入する第2導入部と、
前記第1槽の最高水位よりも上方に設けられた第1開口部と、
第2槽と、
第3液を前記第2槽に導入する第3導入部と、
前記第2槽の最高水位よりも上方に設けられた第2開口部と、
一端が前記第1槽内の最低水位よりも下方に配設され、他端が前記第2槽に接続された液体移送管路と、
前記液体移送管路に設けられた開閉弁と、
一端が前記第1槽内の最高水位よりも上方に配設され、他端が前記第2槽内の最高水位よりも上方に配設された気体移送管路と、
前記気体移送管路に設けられ、前記気体移送管路内において気体を双方向に移送可能な、正逆運転可能なポンプと、
前記第1開口部及び前記第2開口部の開閉を制御する大気開放制御部と、
を具備することを特徴とする液体混合装置。 - 前記大気開放制御部は、前記第1開口部に接続された第1ポート、前記第2開口部に接続された第2ポート、及び大気開放された第3ポートを具備する三方弁であって、
前記第1ポート及び前記第3ポートを連通し、前記第2ポートを閉塞した状態と、
前記第2ポート及び前記第3ポートを連通し、前記第1ポートを閉塞した状態と、に切換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体混合装置。 - 前記第1導入部は、前記第1液を供給する第1液供給部から前記第1槽内へ向かう方向への流体の流れのみを許容する逆止弁を備え、
前記第3導入部は、前記第3液を供給する第3液供給部から前記第2槽内へ向かう方向への流体の流れのみを許容する逆止弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体混合装置。 - 前記請求項1に記載の液体混合装置を具備する薬液試験装置。
- 前記請求項1に記載の液体混合装置を具備する内視鏡処理装置。
- 前記請求項4に記載の薬液試験装置を具備する内視鏡処理装置。
