Description
第一の形態に基づいて、本発明によって提案された注射装置は、分与すべき物質に対するハウジング装置を有し、分与すべき物質を該ハウジング装置内に直接導入することができ、又は、例えば、該ハウジング装置をアンプルのような容器内に挿入することができる。この場合、ハウジング装置は、アンプルホルダとして設計される。ハウジング装置は、注射装置に対して動くことができ、これにより、ホルダ又はアンプルホルダを構成する注射装置の1つの要素は、例えば、その内部に又はその一部内に、例えば、注射装置のハウジング内に押し込み又はねじ込むことができる。このため、既知の型式の二重チャンバアンプルを使用するならば、二重チャンバアンプル内に保持された物質は、押し又はねじ込み作動の結果として予め混合することができ、このため、患者に投与する準備が為される。注射装置から投与すべき物質の投薬分を設定する、例えば、回転ノブのような投薬分計量供給又は設定要素も提供される。投与すべき物質の量又は投薬分は、例えば、投薬分の計量供給又は設定要素の回転位置により選び又は一定にすることができる。当初の状態にあるとき、投薬分の計量供給要素は、本発明により提案される注射装置内まで深く押されることが好ましく、ユーザは投薬分の計量供給要素を保持することができず、又は、その保持は非常に困難であり、また、好ましくは、容易に引き出すことができないものとする。本発明の目的のため、投与すべき物質のハウジング装置、例えば、注射装置内にねじ込み又は押し込むことのできるねじ込み式又は押し込み式アンプル容器は、設定要素と連結され、このため、物質のハウジング装置は、注射装置又はハウジング内に押し込まれ、又は、ハウジング装置が完全に又はほぼ完全に押し込まれたとき、設定要素は、注射装置又はハウジングから少なくとも部分的に押し出され、このため、ユーザは設定要素を操作して、例えば、投薬分を設定することができる。投薬分計量供給又は設定要素は、例えば、それ自体既知の型式の回転可能な投薬分の設定ノブの形態にて提供することができる。該回転ノブは、注射装置の基端に配設され且つ、例えば、計量供給ノブスリーブと固定状態に接続される。該ノブスリーブは、注射装置内にて軸方向に摺動することができ、また、注射装置外に摺動することができ、投薬分の計量供給ノブを押し出して、これにより該ノブを解放して、例えば、投薬分を設定することを可能にする。
図1Aは、物質を受け入れるアンプルホルダ1を有する、本発明により提案される注射装置の1つの実施の形態を示す断面平面図である。このアンプルホルダ内には、2つのストッパ2a、2bがその内部にて変位可能に配設された二重チャンバアンプル2を挿入することができる。アンプルホルダ1は、図示した実施の形態にてねじ付きスリーブ3の形態で提供された注射装置のハウジングに対して変位させることができ、また、アンプルホルダ1の基端の外ねじ部1aによって係合することにより、ねじ付きスリーブ3の内ねじ部3a内にねじ込むことができる。ねじ付きスリーブ3の内面に設けられた環状ウェブ3cが案内スリーブ5の外面の周方向に伸びる溝5d内に係合するため(図2A参照)、案内スリーブ5は、ねじ付きスリーブ3と接続することができ、また、その末端に内方に偏倚した捕捉要素5aを有している。該捕捉要素は、歯付きラック4の合わさる溝又は歯部分4aと係合する。この捕捉要素は、例えば、軸方向に伸びる溝によって回転が阻止され且つ、該ラックを保持して、ラックが基端方向に動くことができないようにする。しかし、歯付きラック4は、案内スリーブ5に対して末端方向に動くことができ、その結果、弾性的アーム上に設けられた捕捉要素5aは、歯付きラックの溝又は歯部分4aから滑り出し、且つ後続の溝又は歯部分4a内にスナップ嵌めする。図示した実施の形態において、投薬分計量供給ノブが基端に設けられ、分与及び投薬分計量供給要素6として作用する。このノブは、ハウジング内に又はねじ付きスリーブ3内に深く押し込まれ、ユーザは実際に該ノブを把持することはできない。図1Aに示した注射装置の基本位置(これは、小量供給位置と称することができよう)において、アンプルホルダ1のみが動くことができる、換言すれば、ねじ付きスリーブ3内にねじ込んで、二重チャンバアンプル内に保持された物質を混合することができる。しかし、投薬分設定ノブ6によって設定操作を実行することはできない。

Claims (2)
- ハウジング(3)と、該ハウジング(3)に保持されたアンプル(2)及び該アンプル内のストッパ(2a,2b)と、該ハウジング(3)に対して変位可能である分与要素(6)と、投与分を設定する際には分与要素(6)が相対的に自由に回転するとともに、分与要素(6)が分与工程を1回実行したとき、最早、別の投薬分を分与するように作動することができないように物質の分与工程の間及び物質の分与工程の後、分与要素(6)と連結することのできる係止要素(4b)とを備え、
係止要素(4b)は歯付きラック(4)と連結され又は接続され、物質の分与工程の間、分与要素(6)のハウジング(3)に対する分与要素の軸方向前方への変位が、歯付きラック(4)の軸方向前方への変位によりストッパ(2a,2b)の軸方向前方への変位を生じ、
末端の内方に偏倚した捕捉要素(5a)が歯付きラック(4)の歯部分(4a)と係合する案内スリーブ(5)を備えることにより歯付きラック(4)が保持され、かつ、歯付きラック(4)が基端方向に動くことができないようにするとともに歯付きラック(4)が案内スリーブ(5)に対して末端方向に動くことができることによって投薬を行い、
分与要素は、分与すべき投薬分を設定することのできる回転ノブ(6)であって、
分与要素(6)の、内面に凹所(6a、6b、6m、6n)を有し、当該凹所は、係止要素(4b)と相互作用して捕捉接続部又は確実接続部を形成し、
少なくとも2つの凹所(6a、6b)が、それぞれ互いに、周方向に且つ軸方向に隔てられて分与要素(6)の内面に設けられ、係止要素(4b)と協働する、注射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の注射装置において、案内バー又は溝(6o)が分与要素(6)の外面に設けられ、分与要素の該案内バーに係合する注射装置の溝、又は、分与要素の前記溝に係合する注射装置の案内バー(5c)と共に分与要素(6)の回転防止係止部(5c,6o)を形成する、注射装置。
