Claims (3)
- 流入口および流出口を有するケーシング内に、前記流入口から流体を吸込むポンプと、
該ポンプから吐出された流体を液体と気体とに分離する気体分離室と、
前記気体分離室で分離された液体の液面高さが上昇すると開弁して液体を前記ポンプへ戻すフロート弁と、を有するポンプユニットであって、
前記気体分離室の上部に設けられ、当該気体分離室内と外部とを連通する排気通路と、
前記気体分離室の液面が所定の高さ以下の場合には開弁して前記排気通路を開放し、前記気体分離室の液面が上昇して当該所定の高さに達した場合には閉弁して前記排気通路からの液体の噴出しを防止する噴出し防止弁と、
前記噴出し防止弁の閉弁により前記排気通路の圧力が所定圧力以上に達した場合に開弁して前記気体分離室内の圧力を外部へ逃がす逃がし弁と、
を備えたことを特徴とするポンプユニット。 - 前記逃がし弁を前記噴出し防止弁の内部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプユニット。
- 前記噴出し防止弁は、前記気体分離室内の流体の液面上昇に伴って閉弁動作したことを報知する報知手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。
