Claims (18)
- 液圧流体流路に挿入されて外周にシール手段が設けられるシールブシュであって、このシールブシュ(26)はプラスチックから作られ、軸線方向に突出する隆起部(38)が後端面(30)に形成され、この隆起部(38)は内周(36)に向けて高くなった円錐台形状を有し、該隆起部(38)の傾斜面が液圧流体流路(22)の肩部と線接触シール状態になることを特徴とするシールブシュ。
- 前記隆起部(38)は、内周(36)と外周(40)との間の領域の前記後端面(30)にて外側に突き出て浅くなっている請求項1に記載のシールブシュ。
- 前記隆起部(38)は、外周および内周(40,36)の直径の差のほぼ3分の1に亙って径方向に延在している請求項2に記載のシールブシュ。
- 後端面(30)における前記隆起部(38)と前記外周(40)との間の領域には環状のシールリブ(42)が形成されている請求項2または請求項3に記載のシールブシュ。
- 前記シールリブ(42)は前記隆起部(38)と同じ軸線方向の高さ(h)を有する請求項4に記載のシールブシュ。
- 前記円錐台形状の隆起部(38)は、前記後端面(30)に対して8°から10°までの範囲内でテーパ角を形成している請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載のシールブシュ。
- 前記シールブシュ(26)の外周(40)の前端面(28)の領域に形成されたシールリップ(50)を具え、このシールリップは、後端面(30)に向けてより深くなる窪み(44)により前記外周に形成されている請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載のシールブシュ。
- 前記外周(40)における少なくとも1つの環状溝(54,56)は、前記窪み(44)から軸線方向に隔てて形成されている請求項7に記載のシールブシュ。
- 内周壁(48)が前端面(28)に向けて延在し、この領域に軸線および径方向の圧縮力が作用するようになっている請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載のシールブシュ。
- 前記隆起部(38)に向けて狭まる環状の窪み(60)が後端面(30)の近傍の内周壁に形成されている請求項1から請求項9の何れかに記載のシールブシュ。
- 請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載のシールブシュ(26)に支持されたばね(32)を介して弁座(14)に対して付勢される固定部材(10)を具えている逆止め弁。
- 前記固定部材(10)もまたプラスチックから作られている請求項11に記載の逆止め弁。
- 請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載のシールブシュ(26)が差し込まれる液圧流体流路を具えている液圧ユニット。
- 平板(2)およびカウンタプレート(4)を具え、前記シールブシュ(26)はその隆起部(38)に沿って軸線方向にカウンタプレート(4)に支持され、前記液圧流体流路(8)は前記カウンタプレート(4)の領域にシールブシュの穴(36)よりも大きな径を有する請求項13に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 請求項4に記載のシールブシュ(26)を具え、シールリングが前記隆起部(38)と前記シールリブ(42)との間の前記シールブシュ(26)の後端面(30)に支持されている請求項13または請求項14に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 請求項11または請求項12に記載の逆止め弁を具えた請求項13から請求項15の何れかに記載の液圧ユニット。
- 径および軸線方向の過大寸法を持つ請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載のシールブシュ(26)が差し込まれる液圧流体流路(22,8)を具えている請求項11または請求項12に記載の逆止め弁。
- 径および軸線方向の過大寸法を持つ請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載のシールブシュ(26)が差し込まれる液圧流体流路(22,8)を具えている請求項13から請求項16の何れかに記載の液圧ユニット。
