Claims (8)
- 支持フレーム(6)と、
シート包装材料を所定の形状に折曲げるために所定の路(P2)に沿って前記フレーム(6)に対して移動可能な成形手段(12,13,33)と、
前記シート包装材料をシールしてパッケージ(2)を形成するために、前記成形手段(12,13,33)によって担持されたシール手段(29)と、
前記シール手段(29)に電気エネルギを供給するための電源手段(50)とを含み、
該電源手段(50)は、前記フレーム(6)に取付けられて電源に接続可能な少なくとも1つの一次巻線(56)と、前記シール手段(29)に電力を供給する二次巻線(63)とを有し、該二次巻線(63)が、前記路(P 2 )に沿って移動可能であって、前記一次巻線(56)を通って移動したときに前記一次巻線(56)から電磁誘導によって電気エネルギを受取るようになっており、また、
電磁誘導により相互接続されたときに、前記一次巻線(56)および前記二次巻線(63)が、前記路(P2)を横切る第1の方向(B)に該一次巻線(56)および該二次巻線(63)のそれぞれの隣接部分(59,59′,67)を介在させるように配置され、それぞれの前記隣接部分(59,59′,67)が、前記第1の方向(B)と前記路(P 2 )とに直交する第2の方向(E)に互いに対面して配置されることを特徴とする、流動食品が充填された密封パッケージ(2)をシート包装材料から製造するシール装置(1)。 - 前記一次巻線および前記二次巻線(56,63)は、前記フレーム(6)に固定された固定磁気コア(55,55’)と、前記シール手段(29)と組合って移動可能な可動磁気コア(62)とによってそれぞれ担持されていること、前記両コア(55,55’;62)のうちの少なくとも一方(62)は、前記一次巻線および前記二次巻線(56,63)が電磁誘導によって相互接続されるときに、前記両コアのうちの他方(55,55’)へ向かって前記第1の方向(B)に突出する少なくとも2つの突起(65)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載された装置。
- 前記両コア(55,55’;62)のうちの少なくとも一方(62)は前記路(P2)に対して直角な平面内でE字形の断面形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載された装置。
- 前記両コア(55,55’;62)のうちの他方(55’)がプレート形状であること、前記一次巻線および前記二次巻線(56,63)の前記隣接部分(59,59’,67)の一方(67)が前記両コア(55’;62)のうちの前記少なくとも一方(62)の前記突起(65)の1つによって担持され、前記隣接部分の他方(59,59’)が前記両コア(55’;62)のうちの他方(55’)から突出していることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載された装置。
- 電磁誘導によって相互接続されたときに前記固定磁気コアおよび前記可動磁気コア(55,62)が前記第1の方向(B)に介在されることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載された装置。
- 前記固定磁気コアおよび前記可動磁気コア(55,62)が何れも突起(58,65)を有すること、また、電磁誘導によって相互接続されたときに前記両コア(62,55)のうちの一方が有する突起(65)が前記両コアのうちの他方が有する突起(58)で境界されたそれぞれの空隙内に受入れられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載された装置。
- 前記成形手段(12,13,33)の前記路(P2)に平行な給送路(A)に沿って給送されるシート包装材料のチューブ(3)から、流動食品を連続して充填されて密封パッケージ(2)を製造するための請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された装置であって、前記成形手段が、等間隔の横断部分で包装材料の前記包装材料のチューブ(3)を強固にグリップするために、前記フレーム(6)に対して移動可能な少なくとも1対の対向するジョー(12,13)を含んでいること、前記シール手段(29)が前記ジョー(12,13)のうちの第1のジョー(12)により担持されていること、および、前記二次巻線(63)もまた前記第1のジョー(12)により担持されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 多数の第1のジョー(12)を有し、前記第1のジョー(12)が沿って移動する第1の無端路(P)を形成している第1のコンベヤ(10)と、多数の第2のジョー(13)を有し、前記第2のジョー(13)が沿って移動する第2の無端路(Q)を形成している第2のコンベヤ(11)とを含み、前記第1および第2の無端路(P,Q)が包装材料のチューブ(3)の前記路(A)に隣接して前記チューブ路(A)の反対両側に実質的に対称的に延在しているそれぞれの作動部分(P1,P2;Q1,Q2)を含み、これにより前記第1のジョー(12)が関係する前記第2のジョー(13)と協働してそれぞれの横断部分にて前記チューブ(3)を強固にグリップしてシールすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載された装置。
