Claims (9)
- オクタン価が互いに異なる複数種類の燃料のそれぞれを燃焼室に供給可能であり、且つ該複数種類の燃料のそれぞれの供給量を調整可能な燃料供給装置を備え、該燃料供給装置により燃焼室に供給された燃料と該燃焼室に吸入された空気との混合気の圧縮によって該混合気を着火して燃焼させる予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置であって、
前記予混合圧縮着火エンジンの運転モードとして、前記燃焼室への前記複数種類の燃料の供給を強制的に遮断して該燃焼室での混合気の燃焼を行わないフューエルカットモードと該混合気の燃焼を行う通常モードとを備えると共に、
前記フューエルカットモードから通常モードへの復帰直後の所定期間を除く通常モードにおいては、前記燃焼室への前記複数種類の燃料のそれぞれの供給量を規定する制御用操作量の、該複数種類の燃料についての組である制御用操作量群を、前記運転モードが前記復帰直後の所定期間を除く通常モードである場合における当該制御用操作量群の決定のための演算処理としてあらかじめ定められた演算処理により構成される所定の制御則により、少なくとも該予混合圧縮着火エンジンの運転状態に応じて決定して、その決定した制御用操作量群に応じて前記燃料供給装置を制御し、且つ、前記復帰直後の所定期間においては、前記所定の制御則により決定される制御用操作量群である通常制御用操作量群の少なくとも1つの制御用操作量を補正してなる復帰制御用操作量群を決定して、その決定した復帰制御用操作量群に応じて前記燃料供給装置を制御する燃料供給制御手段を備え、
該燃料供給制御手段は、前記復帰直後の所定期間において、前記複数種類の燃料のそれぞれの供給量の全体のうちのオクタン価が低い側の燃料の供給量の割合を、前記所定の制御則により決定される通常制御用操作量群により規定される割合である通常割合よりも増加させるように、前記復帰制御用操作量群を決定することを特徴とする予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記燃料供給制御手段は、前記フューエルカットモードでの予混合圧縮着火エンジンの運転時間が長いほど、少なくとも前記復帰直後の所定期間内の始端側の期間において前記オクタン価が低い側の燃料の供給量の割合の前記通常割合に対する増加度合いを高めるように、前記復帰制御用操作量群を決定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃料供給制御手段は、前記復帰直後の所定期間において、前記オクタン価が低い側の燃料の供給量の割合を前記通常割合に漸近させていくように、前記復帰制御用操作量群を決定することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記複数種類の燃料は低オクタン価燃料と高オクタン価燃料との2種類の燃料であり、前記燃料供給制御手段は、前記復帰直後の所定期間において、前記低オクタン価燃料の供給量を、前記通常制御用操作量群により規定される供給量である低オクタン価燃料通常供給量よりも増加させ、且つ、前記高オクタン価燃料の供給量を、前記通常制御用操作量群により規定される供給量である高オクタン価燃料通常供給量よりも減少させるように、前記復帰制御用操作量群を決定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃料供給制御手段は、前記フューエルカットモードでの予混合圧縮着火エンジンの運転時間が長いほど、少なくとも前記復帰直後の所定期間内の始端側の期間において前記低オクタン価燃料の供給量の前記低オクタン価燃料通常供給量に対する増加度合いが高まり、且つ、前記高オクタン価燃料の供給量の前記高オクタン価燃料通常供給量に対する減少度合いが高まるように、前記復帰制御用操作量群を決定することを特徴とする請求項4記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃料供給制御手段は、前記復帰直後の所定期間内において、前記低オクタン価燃料の供給量を、前記低オクタン価燃料通常供給量に漸近させ、且つ、前記高オクタン価燃料の供給量を、前記高オクタン価燃料通常供給量に漸近させるように、前記復帰制御用操作量群を決定することを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃焼室における混合気の燃焼時期と一定の相関性を有する所定種類の状態量である燃焼時期対応状態量を検出する燃焼時期対応状態量検出手段と、
前記燃焼時期対応状態量の目標値を前記予混合圧縮着火エンジンの運転状態に応じて設定する目標状態量設定手段とをさらに備え、
前記所定の制御則は、前記検出された燃焼時期対応状態量と前記設定された目標値との偏差に応じて、該偏差を0に近づけるように前記通常制御用操作量群を決定するための制御則を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記複数種類の燃料は、ガソリンとエタノールとをそれぞれ低オクタン価燃料、高オクタン価燃料とする2種類の燃料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記複数の燃料は、ジエチルエーテルとエタノールとをそれぞれ低オクタン価燃料、高オクタン価燃料とする2種類の燃料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの制御装置。
