Claims (3)
- 樹脂ライナとFRPにより構成されたガスタンクにおいて、
前記樹脂ライナのライナ板厚内に、当該タンクの軸方向に沿って前記FRPとは接触せずに延びる複数の中空孔からなり、漏れガスを排出するリークポートとして機能する中空部が形成されており、
前記中空部の一端は、当該ガスタンクの口金部付近の排出口に連通し、
前記中空部は、前記樹脂ライナの周方向に等間隔に、前記樹脂ライナの全長にわたって形成されている、ガスタンク。 - ライナとFRPにより構成されるガスタンクの製造方法において、
射出成形用金型の主型とコアとの間に形成されるキャビティに対して射出用のゲートから樹脂を注入し、当該樹脂製のライナの成形中に、前記ゲートを経由して不活性ガス等の加圧ガスを注入し、前記コアの一部を後退させて前記キャビティを拡大し、所定期間ガス圧力を保持しつつ冷却して固化させた後、前記加圧ガスを前記金型の外部に排出して回収し、漏れガスを排出するリークポートとして機能する複数の中空部を前記ライナのライナ板厚内に前記FRPとは接触させずにタンク軸方向に沿って形成する、ガスタンクの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂を注入しながら前記加圧ガスを注入する、請求項2に記載のガスタンクの製造方法。
