Description
すなわち、請求項1に記載の発明に係る放射線撮像装置は、入射放射線を直に電気信号に変換する放射線感応型半導体と、前記放射線感応型半導体の放射線入射側に設けられているバイアス高電圧印加用の共通電極と、前記放射線感応型半導体の放射線非入射側に1次元状ないし2次元状マトリックス配列で設けられている複数の収集電極と、放射線入射により放射線感応型半導体に生成された電気信号を収集電極経由で取り出す信号取り出し回路とを有する直接変換タイプのフラットパネル型放射線検出器を備えるとともに、前記検出器の共通電極にバイアス高電圧を出力するバイアス高電圧供給用電源と、検出器の信号取り出し回路に駆動用低電圧電力を出力する信号取り出し回路駆動用低電圧電源と、放射線撮像装置を稼働させる場合、検出器の信号取り出し回路への駆動用低電圧電力の供給を開始した後で検出器の共通電極へのバイアス高電圧の供給を開始する電源出力供給開始制御手段とを備え、検出器への放射線入射に伴って検出器から出力される電気信号にしたがって放射線画像が作成されることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- 入射放射線を直に電気信号に変換する放射線感応型半導体と、前記放射線感応型半導体の放射線入射側に設けられているバイアス高電圧印加用の共通電極と、前記放射線感応型半導体の放射線非入射側に1次元状ないし2次元状マトリックス配列で設けられている複数の収集電極と、放射線入射により放射線感応型半導体に生成された電気信号を収集電極経由で取り出す信号取り出し回路とを有する直接変換タイプのフラットパネル型放射線検出器を備えるとともに、前記検出器の共通電極にバイアス高電圧を出力するバイアス高電圧供給用電源と、検出器の信号取り出し回路に駆動用低電圧電力を出力する信号取り出し回路駆動用低電圧電源と、放射線撮像装置の稼働を開始させる際、検出器の信号取り出し回路への駆動用低電圧電力の供給を開始した後で検出器の共通電極へのバイアス高電圧の供給を開始する電源出力供給開始制御手段とを備え、検出器への放射線入射に伴って検出器から出力される電気信号にしたがって放射線画像が作成されることを特徴とする放射線撮像装置。
- 請求項1 に記載の放射線撮像装置において、前記検出器の共通電極へのバイアス高電圧の供給を停止した後で信号取り出し回路への駆動用低電圧電力の供給を停止する電源出力供給停止制御手段を備えている放射線撮像装置。
- 請求項2 に記載の放射線撮像装置において、装置稼働用電源の停電時に装置稼働用電力を供給する非常用電源を備えていて、停電時には非常用電源によって電源出力供給停止制御手段が自動的に作動させられる放射線撮像装置。
- 請求項3に記載の放射線撮像装置において、停電時に電源出力供給停止制御手段の作動が完了した後に制御・処理用駆動電源を自動的に停止させる制御処理用電源停止手段を備えている放射線撮像装置。
