Description
図1は、実施例1に係る撮像機能付通信装置10の構成を示す。撮像機能付通信装置10は、操作部12、発光部14、撮像処理部16、処理ブロック18、LCDモニタ20、通信処理部22を含む。また、発光部14は、LED26、処理部28を含み、処理ブロック18は、CPU30、メモリ32を含む。なお、本実施例では、前述の発光制御回路は図1に示された発光部14に相当する。
INC: インクリメント信号。
DEC: デクリメント信号。
以下信号名をこれらのアルファベットで略記することもある。
SLPTT1: パルス幅を増加せしめる期間、いわゆる第1発光制御処理期間。
SLPTT2: パルス幅を減少せしめる期間、いわゆる第2発光制御処理期間。
DMIN: 初期パルス幅設定値。
DMID: 中間パルス幅設定値。
DMAX: 最大パルス幅設定値。
SLPDT1: SLPTT1内の、DMIN以上DMID未満の値のパルス幅が現れる期間、いわゆる第1スロープ期間内の同一パルス幅の持続時間。
SLPDT2: SLPTT1内の、DMID以上DMAX未満の値のパルス幅が現れる期間、いわゆる第2スロープ期間内の同一パルス幅の持続時間。
SLPDT3: SLPTT2内の、DMID以上DMAX以下の値のパルス幅が現れる期間、いわゆる第3スロープ期間内の同一パルス幅の持続時間。
SLPDT4: SLPTT2内の、DMIN以上DMID未満の値のパルス幅が現れる期間、いわゆる第4スロープ期間内の同一パルス幅の持続時間。
以上が発光制御用パラメータの概要であり、以下発光制御用パラメータ名をこれらのアルファベットで略記することもある。
SLPTT1およびSLPTT2の値の出力を受ける。また、第1トータルタイムカウンタ318は、128分周第1回路312からの信号S1をカウントし、第2トータルタイムカウンタ324は、128分周第2回路313からの信号S2をカウントし、カウントされた信号がそれぞれ出力を受けた値に到達するまでアクティブで、到達した場合にインアクティブであるXCNT信号を送出する。これにより、それぞれ第1発光制御処理期間、第2発光制御処理期間を制御できる。
実施例1では、第1PWM回路134a、第2PWM回路134b、第3PWM回路134cがそれぞれ第1LED26a、第2LED26b、第3LED26cに関する上述の発光制御処理を個別に制御したが、実施例2では、複数のLEDに対する発光制御周期をお互いに同期させるとともにそれぞれのLEDに対する発光制御処理を実施するか否かを制御することで、複数のLEDで実現される発光色の色調を制御する。
Claims (1)
- パルス幅変調されたパルス信号を生成する駆動制御回路であって、
パルス幅の初期値が入力されると共にパルス幅に対応するパルス幅値を出力するPWM設定レジスタと、
前記PWM設定レジスタによって出力されるパルス幅値に対応するパルス幅を有する前記パルス信号を生成するPWM出力カウンタと、
同一パルス幅の第1持続時間を記憶する第1スロープレジスタと、
前記第1持続時間の周期でHレベルとなる出力信号を送出する第1スロープカウンタと、
同一パルス幅の第2持続時間を記憶する第2スロープレジスタと、
前記第2持続時間の周期でHレベルとなる出力信号を送出する第2スロープカウンタと、
パルス幅の初期値以上であってパルス幅の最大値未満であるパルス幅の中間値を記憶するDMIDレジスタと、
パルス幅を変化せしめる期間を記憶するトータルタイムレジスタと、
前記PWM設定レジスタによって出力されるパルス幅値に対応するパルス幅と前記DMIDレジスタに記憶されるパルス幅の中間値とを比較するコンパレータと、
前記コンパレータからの出力信号と前記PWM設定レジスタによって出力されるパルス幅値に対応するパルス幅とパルス幅の最大値との比較結果とを参照し、前記トータルタイムレジスタによって記憶される期間内で、前記PWM設定レジスタによって出力されるパルス幅値に対応するパルス幅が前記DMIDレジスタに記憶されるパルス幅の中間値よりも小さい場合には前記第1スロープカウンタの出力信号を、前記PWM設定レジスタによって出力されるパルス幅値に対応するパルス幅であってパルス幅の最大値よりも小さいパルス幅が前記DMIDレジスタに記憶されるパルス幅の中間値と等しいかそれよりも大きい場合には前記第2スロープカウンタの出力信号を、前記PWM設定レジスタによって出力されるパルス幅値に対応するパルス幅がパルス幅の最大値と等しいかそれよりも大きい場合にはLレベルの信号を、選択し、選択された信号を前記PWM設定レジスタに送出するセレクタと、を備え、
前記PWM設定レジスタは、前記セレクタから送出される信号がHレベルとなるたびにパルス幅を最小変調単位ずつ変化させることを特徴とする駆動制御回路。
