Description
これらスプレー塗装あるいは印刷による加飾は、双方ともベース色の上にインキを重ね硬化させるため塗装面に凸凹を生じる。そのためぼかしの部分では表面が荒れ、光沢が不均一となる。また、小さなハンドバックなどに入れて持ち歩く機会の多い化粧品容器は、手や周囲の道具との摩擦などで塗料が磨耗し、長期に安定した審美性を維持することは困難であった。
染色工程3は陽極酸化被膜に染料で所定の色に染色する工程である。
また図2に示されるような第1の染色部ぼかし方法では、脱色剤溶液30に波立ちがないことになっているが、実際にはワーク100と液面31とが相対的に上下することから多少の波は生ずる。こうしてできる波を粘度の増加調整によって増加した脱色剤溶液30の内部結合力で波高を低く抑えることで安定したぼかしの表現を可能にする。

Claims (5)
- 陽極酸化被膜処理、染色工程、封孔処理工程を有するアルミニウムの染色による加飾方法において、
該染色工程と封孔処理工程との間で、染色工程に引き続いて、脱色剤溶液にワークの一部分を浸漬するとともにぼかしの範囲でワークと脱色剤溶液の液面の相対的な高さを周期的に変動させて脱色の度合いを調整する脱色工程を追加し、脱色の度合いを連続諧調にし、ぼかし表現をすることを特徴とする陽極酸化被膜処理による加飾方法。 - 前記脱色剤溶液に粘度調整剤を混入することにより、脱色剤溶液の粘度を増加させ、ワーク表面における脱色剤溶液の付着性を向上させることに加え、脱色剤溶液の液面を安定させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の陽極酸化被膜処理による加飾方法。
- 前記脱色剤溶液の液面をなぎ状態にし、そこにワークの一部分を浸漬し、ワーク若しくは脱色剤溶液の液面をぼかしの範囲で周期的に上下動することにより、ぼかしの範囲でワークと脱色剤溶液の液面の相対的な高さを周期的に変動させることを特徴とする請求項1、2のいずれかの項に記載の陽極酸化被膜処理による加飾方法。
- 前記脱色剤溶液にワークの一部分を浸漬し、ワークを固定した状態で脱色剤溶液にぼかしの範囲で周期的な波を形成し、ぼかしの範囲でワークと脱色剤溶液の液面の相対的な高さを周期的に変動させることを特徴とする請求項1、2のいずれかの項に記載の陽極酸化被膜処理による加飾方法。
- 前記脱色工程の後に脱色した部分を再度染色する染色工程を追加したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかの1項に記載の陽極酸化被膜処理による加飾方法。
